Tik Tok... wait for it... couture
Occasionally, if you’re lucky, you’ll come across an app that just makes sense. You open it for the first time and you immediately get it. Teleport did just that. It took shopping and made it hyper personal. So personal that these recommendations aren’t shrouded by “influencers” and “brand deals”. People just recommend the products they love, use, and wear everyday. If I buy something from one of their videos, they make a small commission. That seems like a fair and honest way to incentivize authenticity. For example, there’s this watch I’m obsessed with called the Withings. Tracks my heart rate and steps but looks like a luxurious (non techy) watch. I can make a video flashing it, talking about it, running with it, etc. I grab a link for it from somewhere on the web, I add it to Teleport, and like magic, people can now buy the watch through my video and I make a small cut.
I know this app is super young (i haven’t purchased anything), but for it to be this polished already is astonishing, and the community is growing pretty quickly too. Pretty fun to just peruse through videos.

Great for reselling, thrifting, and learning new trends
I have been reselling since 2019 I started on Facebook but have had lots of issue with glitches and support from FB. I also sell on Depop but the fees are so high and hard to find good deals as a shopper.
I discovered teleport on tiktok and it was advertised as Depop meets TikTok which really is the best description. It’s so much fun you can scroll and see unique outfits plus buy pieces that are tagged. There are no crazy fees which leads to lower prices. As a seller it takes me a lot less time to list items and I can showcase items a lot easier by using videos to sell. You can choose a song for each outfit which is really fun. There’s a great community and lots of positivity.
I’m currently selling on 3 formats and teleport has been the most successful for me. I tell everyone I know about it because I think it will start becoming a big competitor with other selling platforms and think everyone should give it a try if they love thrifting and sharing their thrift finds.

Changes needed
Let me start off by saying this app is great, and I highly recommend it, but a few changes could make it soooooo much better! The fact the users can only recommend four things when styling is vry dumb and unrealistic. Another change that I believe could rlly help improve this app is a option to use the phones back camera when modeling outfits. Not only would this make users more comfortable posting fits, but would also help to show the pieces of clothing better! Another change that would be very beneficial to users would be the option to just post photos of the outfits (to not be forced to take a video of each pice of clothing) this would make many users more comfortable posting more looks! Or even to be able to take one video showing lots of different looks.
Lastly, the more people on the app (the more popular it is) would mean more for users to do and more styles being sent. A great way to draw attention to this app is if there way more of a way to connect it to Instagram, wear people would also be posting different outfits!
Overall tho this is a great app and the idea is awesome!

Best app for buyers and sellers <3
It is an exactly like a digital form of thrifting. You get true visuals of different styles of items while getting to see them displayed on a body type and different aesthetics. It also allows a connection to different people getting such versitile pieces to display different styles. It is much greater than other apps because they take no addition money away from buyers or sellers while still giving you all the help you need including shipping labels, personal assistance, and guidance to enjoy shopping or selling. The team is so helpful when issues are at hand and handle the issues quickly, they are very supportive in your accomplishments and make you feel welcome by truely connecting when taking looks and commenting on your page. It is one of my favorites to sell on by making it enjoyable to create!

very good and convienent app <33 needs changes though
I would like to say that this app is a really great concept and idea and very easy to use. Although this app is life changing, this app needs adjustments. For starters, Me and a whole lot of others that use this app, really dislike only being able to style with 4 pieces. This is very unrealistic and stupid, as modern teens wear way more than four pieces in an outfit. Mostly everyone using this app that i know, would love this app a whole lot more if this app updated this feature. A reccomendation, would be to change the limit from four pieces to unlimited so it makes it easier for the user that we're styling easier for them. Another change is adding variety to posting your outfit instead of only taking video. Update this feature from only video to photos of our outfits, it would make a lot of people more comfortable. Im not saying i hate this app, its quite great but me and my friends (and a lot others using this app) would appreciate if this app could update and change the problems explained above.

Teleport really is a raw and genuine app.
Teleport also made the option of online shopping easily accessible. teleport takes all the aspects I love about social media and puts them together without all the aspects I hate. the community is so kind, and there’s no feeling of pressure or competition over how many “likes” or “followers” you may have. there is no catered algorithm that creates polarization in your interests, instead, the app exposes you to a variety of different people and styles. this platform gives all people a chance to flourish and be themselves through sharing their unique tastes in fashion through short videos, while still leaving room for creativity. teleport is legitimately the only social media platform that I currently feel 100% comfortable using. thanks to the app developers for creating such an awesome, welcoming community! 💛

perfect app for lovers of fashion
i love using this app so so so much ! very self explanatory and you can get all kinds of inspiration and clothes (style) to buy! the thing i love is that when you see something (clothing) you like on someone you can see if there is a link to show you where they got it from and whatnot... which is really cool because from my personal experience i know that people and myself have asked where certain clothing/shoes/accessories are bought at, and with this app you can save it so you can always go back to it.
Another enjoyable thing i enjoy is that the community within this app so positive and encouraging and there isn’t any hate that i have seen so far... and hopefully it stays that way. this app shows a lot of positivity and i am here for it!!

A Fashion Revolution!!!
Teleport is just an app you need to have! Before coming on the app I just had a basic fashion sense but upon joining the app not only has my fashion sense bloomed but I have as well. The teleport community is the most positive and supportive community I have ever experienced. Teleport has the most amazing and easy to learn features including: a style feature, so people can style you and you can style them, as well as being able to see where someone outfits came from and being able to buy items straight through the app. Like how cool is that!! Teleport is definitely the app to have even if you aren’t interested in fashion it is such an amazing place to be, and I would definitely urge you to download the app! Love the concept some improvements may be good
The option to filter for things that are actually for sale on the main scrolling page would be great. Also, I’ve found that when going on a persons page and clicking on their closet tab, if I click on an item further down on their list and then click the “x” at the top left, they whole page reload at the top of the list making it difficult to know where I left off. It would be cool to see it not glitch back to the top of their closet page after looking at an item. Great up overall though!
