Expensive packages
I had 6 months gold plan since April, 2022 for 4100Rs but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount of 4100Rs to 6500Rs for plan + 18% GST…. They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money …how prices increase 3500Rs within short span of 6 months … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and she told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds

Brings new joy into ur life
I am not getting to words to express my gratitude towards matrimony portal. It turned my life into more cheerful ,wonderful and colourful by helping me to findout desination. One of the best marriage platforms i have everseen. I would strongly recommand to use this application to make your life easier and happier.

High promises, under delivery.
I got into assisted matrimony after presenting a very rosy picture of the service. Very unfortunately they did not even match the kind of searches the members can make themselves. A weekly once summary is of no use as many of them are “awaiting response”. I was able to shortlist many candidates while the dedicated assistants are struggling to get a handful. I thought as insiders they would have better access to info but they do not. I did not a single instance where they proactively went ahead canvassing/seeking alliances for my daughter.
I miss the traditional priests who used to try to get matches in the community.
I gave three stars for the website. The assisted matrimony gets one star.

When i enter the details in the app and click for DOB the app closes down automatically but other check boxes are working fine.

Bride or bridegroom shall have priority choices to select her/his choice ex a bride is a siblings of a intercaste parents and can have a order of preference like 1st father’s caste or mother’s caste or bridegroom from intercaste parents of father’s caste+mother’s caste or mother’s caste+father’s caste which is not available in the system pick up profiles now intercaste preferences are showing all intercaste profiles Like wise profiles may choose some times caste wise order of preferences like 1st Brahmin next preference vysya next kamma 4th Reddy 5th Naidu etc such order of choices can be incorporated. Now one has only choice of all castes this may be introduced in the system.

Too expensive for an average application
The application is very slow in response. Basic functionality like logout doesn’t work from mobile app. You won’t even be able to login through ipad. They have good user base but bad maintenance. For what they say all premium accounts will be shown first in the search however I don’t see all premium accounts 1st in my search. So can’t believe their statement and not ready to pay such big amount. With the amount they are collecting from everyone, they could easily hire good developers and improve the application performance. But they are interested in making money rather than improving customer experience and creating additional jobs. I guess the owner is trying to become a billionaire..

Poor matches and the App is full of bugs
The matching system on this App is really horrible. Looks like the focus is on quantity not the quality of matches. I find myself going through endless profiles that they match my criteria but I don’t match their criteria. I have no idea how does it make sense for me to go through profiles that are not interested in me. These profiles are in thousands and there is no way to filter such profiles. Also the app is so buggy and one of the worst app I have ever seen.
