great app but not affordable
this app is exactly what i need, it’s minimal and looks like the apple design with its own quirks and it’s amazing. the only complaint which draws me from using this app is the fact that the premium is hella overpriced. i should not have to pay $5 a month for the ability to add multiple people and photos, maybe allowing people to buy each individual expansion for a one time fee such as pictures OR more contacts would be a great idea!! i just can’t see myself using the app it i can’t resemble the idea of a groupchat sending funny memes without having to spend $40 yearly (cause that’s the better value)

When I got it it was amazing! We did the $40 plan and it was just fun after that! I love creating fun stories that people would enjoy. and I think it should be five stars for me because it is absolutely awesome/amazing! Absolutely love this game right now! I was about to go play it and I was in the app and I came to write this review! I suggest making better games like this and more awesome games to the developers that made this game! This game is awesome like I said. It’s kind of addicting to me now. It is awesome! Tried the app: loved the interface and ease to edit and move character dialogue around. It’s really good if you’re just trying to quickly jot down a dialogue between characters for a story before your idea passes and you forget. But that being said, this shouldn’t be your main app for writing down your ideas. As the developer has responded in other reviews, “you can just opt to use the app for free and then pay as you need”. So…. Like…. As long as you really just use the app minimally it shouldn’t be that big of a deal?
But, there are also other apps that perform the same function and don’t cost a ton. Sooo… I guess just continue to use this app if you really like the interface.

I hate this app. One star, maybe even zero!
I rated it 5 stars for more people to see this. I do NOT recommend this app. Before downloading, READ MY REVIEW! You’d expect it to be free before downloading, but no. The only free things are the name & bubble color and the chat name. The rest? You have to pay 40 DOLLARS. You can only send 15 messages before it asks you to pay. I am a BIG story writer and it honestly hurts to see that I have to pay an app to write stories. I want to be creative, I don’t wanna pay for that. I genuinely hate this game. Don’t waste your time downloading, this game is NOT for you, unless you like to spend a lot of money to do simple things in an app like THIS.

Easy to use but poor free content. Not for casual use
Let me preface this by saying that I understand that a lot of hard work probably went into this app and that the people behind it deserve to get paid. However, I am still annoyed at the fact that I can’t enter more than two characters into a chat story without a paid subscription. Maybe if I were getting paid as a content creator and was using this app I would get the subscription, but I’m just trying to have fun and make group chats for my story characters. I deleted my account and will continue searching for another group text generator, but from what used in the 2 minutes I had the thing active the app was pretty easy to use. They have lots of color options for the text bubbles which is nice.

its a great app, thats where the 4 stars come from, its easy to use and it looks like a real conversation between people. and listen, i get having to pay for adding photos because a lot of text story apps do that. but having to pay for unlimited messages, really?! like thats annoying. you cant even get to like 10 messages before it tells you that you have to pay 40 bucks for more than 10 or so messages. i know that this app probably took a lot of hard work and a lot of money to make, but the least you could do is make it enjoyable for people like me, who want to use it to make a story thats longer than a few messages for 5 minutes.

Idk what to title
Rating 5 so more people will see while I was making a test chat to see how it worked I wanted to add a third person and I saw you could add more than 2 people so I decided to do that! I added the photo the name and whatever else you had to do so I clicked the button that let you create and it led me to the subscription and this would be fine but I excepted it to be free because I read the description of the app and when I got to the chat tales plus it didn't say any features!

Ok so it gets three stars because it’s a great app not including the problems. It functions well and it’s not complicated to work with. But I mean you only get like 15 messages before you gotta pay 40 DOLLARS! In a review, the developer(s) replied and said the app is free but some features you have to pay for. THE ONLY FREE THING IS THE BUBBLE COLORS, THE PROFILE PICS, THE NAME, AND ACTUALLY SENDING THE TEXTS. Other then that you have to pay for like everything- I’m thinking about deleting this unless they up their game. I don’t recommend it unless you’re willing to pay 40 dollars just for unlimited texts and some other perks

I love it but it has a few problems
So I’ve used it for about a month and I did pay for it which was totally worth it but it won’t allow me to export after I did it two times. I don’t know if it was because I export it too much or there is too much texts? I was hoping it would be fixed after a few tries but it still didn’t work but overall it is a really great app and I totally recommend it!

For SOME People it’s not very safe to put in personal info in an app, but if u don’t then you barely can send any messages and you have NO CONTROL it’s like your forcing us if we get the app you have to pay to use it it’s ridiculous I don’t recommend at all! And I’m only giving 5 star for ppl to see my comment, not turning back even after the response from the developer
