I like this app a LOT better than the previous app. Easy to manage reservations, I can look at multiple studio schedules at once (a must for Chi town). You can filter class schedules by instructor, type of class, time, and that’s really helpful for planning a week at a time. And honestly, the total number of classes being displayed that you’ve taken is HIGHLY motivating. Y’all clearly involved some psych or behavioral analyst in this app development.

Syncing?
Is this ever going to be able to sync with other apps, fitness trackers, or employee health programs? I used to be reimbursed for membership through my employer but that can’t happen if this app continues to be incompatible with others. Will it ever be able to sync to calendars? These are questions I would normally ask of app support, but there is no contact information or tech support available.

There’s no way to contact corporate IT for help with this app. Video playback and policies are unwieldy and only work sporadically. And I know a lot of people say it’s better than the previous application but the previous application was truly horrible so the bar was set pretty low. Time for corporate to invest some money and open a lot of communication to users.

I don’t understand the value of developing an app that’s not as good as the one they used to use. You can’t add classes to your google calendar like w mind body and that’s one of the really great things about that app.
