SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS

The Body Coach offers two auto-renewing subscription options: monthly and yearly plans.

Annual: $119.99
Monthly: $19.99

The subscription is auto-renewable. This means that it will automatically renew unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off. If you want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing you should do this at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in account settings in the App Store after purchase.

Recipe filtering just got better! In this latest update, we've added a helpful filter button to your 'Favourites' page so you can sort through your top recipes more easily. But that's not all...

We've also dropped in a brand new 'See All' button next to Your Recipes. This means you can access your refuel meals, general meals and snacks all in one place and filter to find what you're looking for. No more hunting around - save time with everything you need now in one place.

Big update alert! We’ve just launched a much-requested feature, recipe filters. You can now filter all your recipes by cooking time, meal type (refuel, general, snack), meal category (breakfast, lunch/dinner) and label (batch cooking). No more scrolling to figure out how to best use your leftovers!

We’ve also tweaked how workout videos stream, which should mean less pausing and freezing. Win!

Exciting announcement! You can now connect The Body Coach app with your Strava account. Once connected, your in-app workouts will show on your Strava activity timeline. Why not join The Body Coach challenge on Strava and see if you can smash 500 minutes of exercise in May? Any exercise counts!

We've also fixed a couple of issues including the 'New this Cycle' section not showing all of your available recipes.

A mega update in this release, and something lots of you have been asking for… you can now add your own workouts to the planner! So on those days when you fancy a run, swim, cycle or gym class, tap “More Exercises” to add them into your planner.

We’re also saying goodbye to iOS 14, so anyone needing to upgrade will receive an in-app banner.

Over in the Eat section, you can now search for a recipe or ingredient without needing to know if it is General, Refuel, or Snack. Just tap on the search bar at the top.

So Motivating and really beginner level
I have been doing this app for one month and it is progressing at the speed that I need as a beginner while still pushing me. I am building strength and stamina for running.
I do wish there was a little check or star showing the workouts and meals that you did so you could see you haven't missed any that week.
I set a reminder on my phone to do this workout every morning (5 days).
Meals have been pretty simple and good so far. Knowing that you will unlock more meals in the next cycle made me want to keep going to see what they were going to be.

This is the best! And i hated working out before
Ok, seriously, I hate gyms, I hate gym culture, and I love good food. I started the Body Coach program a year ago because my likes plus my dislikes plus the pandemic equalled fat me.

Joe is kind, funny, mildly encouraging, and, most importantly, suffers along with you! The workouts are dooable and scalable for ability. The food is good!!

Anyway, don’t think about it too much. Just try it out, it might end up changing your life, like it chaged mine.

Best Overall Fitness/Lifestyle app out there
Joe has helped me lose over 100lbs with his simple approach to fitness and has helped me fully change my lifestyle. The workouts are all tough but can mostly be done anywhere, with usually no equipment needed, but trust me when I say they work and you are dead after each one. Joe is an absolute star and you can tell he really cares about helping people. HIGHLY highly recommend

Love this app but..
Love this app so much and the workouts are amazing!!! I love that they’re short enough so I can just do them on my work breaks. I work from home so this pushes me to get up and moving. However…I wish there was a way that it checked off or starred the workout you just finished. It’s not only a BIG feeling of accomplishment, but I can keep track of the exercises I did or didn’t do.
Can’t wait to keep improving and getting into the harder workouts.

Joe Wicks’ BodyCoach app is a game changer
This app is fantastic and keeps getting better.I started following Joe Wicks on Instagram several years ago and I’m so happy that he has this amazing app to make it easier to follow his plan. I still enjoy his cookbooks and his for YouTube videos, but the app Taylor is his plan specifically to me and when I follow it I am always successful! it’s very easy to fit into my lifestyle and I highly recommend it.
