Can’t login on the mobile app, can login to web
The title says it all – an email and password that works fine on the web fails completely online.
I tried contacting the app’s creator (mindbody online), but they only take emails from business owners, not individual customers. I would report the bug if I could!
This isn’t the Dailey Method’s fault, it’s the company they’ve entrusted with their business.

No option for booking childcare
It’s a great app to book yourself but if you need to bring kiddos along you still have to go to the browser; dig through the right site and sign each child up individually. Major pain. Please add this feature!

LOVE Dailey Method!!!!! But this new app version doesn’t sync to my calendar. 🤔

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to do something on the app it says I need to verify my email and it will email me a link. I have “resent” the email dozens of times and never get it. Not in my junk mail either. So I have to keep logging onto the website which is a pain. I’m getting other newsletter type emails from TDM so I know they have the right address...

It’s impossible to schedule with the app
I keep getting a notification that a verification email has been sent but I received no such thing. I can’t use the app unless I click the verification link, which is not being sent to me regardless of how many times I press “resend link”. The app is essentially useless

Glitchy however beautifully designed
I am a long time member of The Dailey Method in Benicia, CA. I was so excited to get the app and start scheduling classes. However, every time I try to sign up for a class, I get an error message saying that I'm blocked from scheduling classes! My account is in good standing. I'm on regular auto debit. I checked with the studio to make sure and they can't find a reason why I can't schedule! Please fix this glitch!!!

TDM app great start!
So glad there is finally an app for TDM! I think its a fantastic start. A few suggestions I have are to be able to save multiple studios and the second is to be able to view different fields say through a search function, ie classes on a certain date or by instructor. Having to change studios (bc I go to more than 1 studio) is kind of a pain and scrolling through two weeks to find a certain date isnt the most convenient thing. Other than that works well!

Im really excited about this app. So far I've experienced just a couple kinks but reported them and sure they will be worked out soon. Also would be cool if a feature was added that shows how many classes you have attended. Extra motivation... :) Thank you!

Great tool
I use this all the time to maintain my schedule. I love how when I schedule a class it will post directly to my Outlook calendar. I agree with other reviews that it needs to be easier to change between locations. That is the only issue I have found with this app. Highly recommend it!
