Great!
They could do a better job on keeping the art in the app in order. It’s hard to go back and forth to follow the app guide

One Tweak Needed Desparately
Used this app while at the museum. I had AirPods. But the app requires you raise the phone to your ear to start audio even if you have headphones. This is cumbersome and unnecessary. Users know how a play button works, get rid of the raise to play.
Also, the “nearby” feature is spotty at best. It relies on locating the user in a crowded museum which fails most of the time. The floor plan is simple to follow with a map - no need for the nearby feature.
I started with the “nearby” nav as recommended by a museum associate. But found I’d be right in front of a piece but could not see the audio link. Switched to the plain map which shows ALL audio links. Plain map also guides user sequentially which “nearby” does not.
Great museum – this app could be better though.

Terrible Performance, out of order
The artwork in the museum does not align with the numbers in the app. Horrible to wander around trying to find the wrong number on the right painting. Performance is terrible… either on cell or WiFi, the audio tours only load on every 1 of 10 tries. Have to keep rebooting the app to get the tour to load. Very frustrating. Makes an otherwise amazing museum a very negative experience. Waste of time and money.

This app is terrific and has a lot of neat functionality - highly recommended when visiting the Dali and it even works when you are home!

Crash, crash, crash
App crashes every few minutes. None of the advanced features worked. It really detracted from my visit. Would have far preferred a pamphlet with the same information. And it wasn’t just me. Everyone else at the museum was struggling with it as well.

Horrible
The app keeps crashing and nothing loads it’s a terrible app and it doesn’t tell you ahead of time that you need headphones to listen to anything and it was not clear and very glitchy this is a terrible app… I’m not happy with it

Difficult to quickly learn
Does not seem intuitive at all. Difficult to try to figure out while you are visiting the museum. We all just gave up and enjoyed our visit without the app.

App does not work well with Apple Play and Screen Mirroring. Picture won’t go into portrait mode. Forced use of Bluetooth when I didn’t want to use it. Best used just on device without trying to use for family viewing on TV. Disappointed.

This app has it all...from general information to augmented reality! This is an amazing app that enhances the experience of your visit to The Dali Museum.

app is unreliable and frustrating
Started off excited about the self guided tour using the app. After 20 minutes of it repeatedly shutting down, glitching out, and freezing, it was not worth it. I eventually went downstairs and requested a hard copy.
