All in one place for me!
I love how this app has everything in one place for me…fitness activities, progress trackers, nutrition, meditation and of course, community, both public and private. Our FIT Family TEAM Group and challenges have been super motivational and a healthy, fun way to keep us all connected from one holiday season to the next. We are looking forward to carrying our 2021 family gathering love and energy through the year to celebrate our healthy achievements at our 2022 gathering. Super easy to use!
