Wonderful Information and Entertaining Read - 5 STARS Definitely
As a 47-year old woman, the articles in this magazine were informative without being terrifying about where I'm headed. The editor of this magazine, Dr. Mache Seibel, has pulled together some amazing, stellar articles and writers to provide great insights (and a little humor). Our bodies are incredible instruments, and in easy-to-read language, Dr. Mache has created a magazine that encourages me to stop being so worried about the next phase of my life and continue to trust my own body and enjoy every moment life as to offer - especially a good nigth's rest!

Informative and prescriptive!
It's wonderful to have info on this topic from a source you can trust, and Dr. Seibel's magazine articles look at it from his sound medical perspective as well as mind and spirit. I can especially identify with the issue of sleep. I love that he gives you suggestions you can try right a way and some concrete prescriptions to suggest to your doctor. There's a wealth of info, good food for thought, and it's a very pleasant, reassuring magazine to read.
