After being diagnosed with PCOS at age 14, I was not given any other remedy other than taking birth control pills for the next 10+ years. I always wondered why I had low energy, so much trouble losing weight, and a plethora of other side effects from having this untreated condition. When I began to try to have children and encountered many problems, the first thing Dr. Sharara prescribed was that I change the way I eat. In his app I learned all about glycemic index and load and the foods that I needed to be eating to get my body to function where it needed to. I committed that I would do this for six months consistently and see just what happened. And only six months later I was down 50 pounds and felt like my life had completely changed for the better. In his app Dr. Sharara gives great recommendations of the foods to avoid, as well as all of the great foods you CAN eat to help heal your body and increase the chances of conception.I have always believed that knowledge is power, and this app is no exception. I’m writing this review feeling like a completely different person than who I was just months ago, and I attribute that to all of the knowledge I gained from this app. I can’t recommend it enough!
