My Soulmate Workout
For me, workouts have always been like high school boyfriends. A new one would come along and I’d be so excited—until the newness wore off. Then I would get bored and avoid at all costs until the inevitable breakup. That all changed when I discovered Erin Stutland and The Movement. There is enough content (and new stuff added constantly!) that I don’t get bored, but organized in such a way that I’m not overwhelmed. It’s so user-friendly and Erin covers so much ground. Only have 5 minutes to work out? She’s got you covered. Really want to tone up? Covered. Feel like going on a Soul Stroll (or in my case dancing around while cleaning my house to this insanely uplifting music and mantra combo)? Covered. Just want to relax and meditate? Covered. Choose your preference and The Movement delivers—AND if there’s something you’re hoping for that’s not in the app yet, Erin is always happy to hear feedback and create amazing new content accordingly. The hardest part of working out has always been finding something I wanted to stick with and Erin Stutland has created something I actually look forward to doing everyday. My energy level is amazing and my mood is uplifted—not to mention my abs are in the best shape ever (and that’s without crunches!). I’ve recommended this workout to so many people and everyone who tries it falls in love. I’m so glad I found The Movement and I can’t wait to see what Erin adds next!

Where mind, heart, and body meet
It is one thing to exercise your body in a workout app, it is another thing entirely to exercise your body while you lift your spirits and rewire your thinking. That is what makes The Movement different from any ole workout app, and why I’m a huge fan and believer in Erin Stutland’s methodology. She has a holistic view of fitness and it includes your total well being - mind, heart, body and soul. I use this app to get stronger through challenging workouts, to shift a bad mood, to squeeze in a 5 minute energizer when I’m working a long day, to meditate in the morning, and to simply be silly and have a bit of fun. I love her Soul Strolls and use them all the time. I LOVE her special series on Manifesting Success. And mostly, after years of being in Erin’s orbit, I love that she feels like a real friend. She shares of herself so authentically and deeply cares about her members...you can feel it. Plus it’s super affordable too! I’m an annual subscriber cause at this point I can’t imagine not having it! So do the free trial, you have nothing to lose, and so much to gain. As Erin always says, “Movement in your body creates movement in your life!”

Absolutely love!
The Movement has been such an incredible tool, especially during such an uncertain and taxing time. Erin’s positivity and energy are the perfect motivators to make time for yourself to help fuel your own positivity and energy. After signing up for the 2 week free trial I was hooked and I am so grateful to have developed a routine in which I make time for myself EVERY DAY. Sometimes that time is spent doing one of the workout programs. Other times it’s a meditation or a soul stroll. Or a combination of different things throughout the day. What is so great about The Movement is that there are so many options. Longer and shorter workouts. Energy filled routines and calming yoga practices. Centering meditations and upbeat mantras. There is a bit of everything, which keeps things interesting and reduces the likelihood of boredom associated with other health and wellness practices. Erin is such a bright light and I am so glad she developed (and continues developing) this program, because it brings so much joy to each day.

Life changing
I started using Erin Stutland’s Soul Stroll’s a few years ago. It has helped me go from a negative thinker to a positive thinker. My whole perspective on each circumstance I find myself in has completely changed. With the mantras she uses in each workout, I find myself being able to push myself harder than I ever have before. It’s so easy to give up when the pain starts, but her mantras and guidance through every workout gives me the strength of mind to keep going! The variety of content in this app is also amazing! There is something for everyone, yoga, stretching, dancing, meditation etc. The online support within this community is incredible and Erin Stutland is always available to us and encouraging us!! I highly recommend this app!!! I am so grateful for the positive changes in myself Erin’s mantras and movements workouts have provided!!

Move over, other workout programs
Having workouts and meditations that mesh with emotions and moods is a great comfort to the soul as well as a boost to the body. The mantras and movements blend is unlike any other program and feels custom-made. Actually, it feels like Christmas whenever Erin rolls out a new Soul Stroll or workout or meditation! Somehow they are exactly what we all need, whatever level of exertion or however much time we have. And in this group, we have found a support village led by someone who feels like a trusted friend. I absolutely look forward to my daily time in The Movement and how good it feels to be recognized on a holistic level. All ages and all levels are welcome in this beautiful space. Erin makes me shine, and even at this point of midlife I am still striving to glow up!

Motivating!
I have been a fan of Erin Stutland ever since I did my first soul stroll back in 2014! When Erin came out with an app that includes every workout, meditation, soul stroll, coaching etc. I knew I wanted to be a part of it. The app cannot be easier to navigate! I love the weekly M&M schedule for days when you feel stuck on where to begin. Soul strolls are forever my favorite and just for those alone the movement is 100% worth it. Your mood will without a doubt be lifted after completing a workout whether it is 5, 10, 20 or 40 minutes. Flexibility of the workouts is another one of the benefits of this app. One of Erin’s famous mantras “movement in your body creates movement in your life” — joining The Movement is definitely the best gift you can give yourself (or someone you love)!

Love this App & Erin’s work
I have been a member of the Movement for over a year. I love using Erin’s Soul Strolls to take a walk, dance around my house or simply to lift my spirits and move my body as I am getting ready for my day. Having the app makes access so easy. Some days, I look for an opportunity to stretch or to do a meditation. The variety of choices is amazing. My favorite part is the positive energy and authentic perspective Erin brings to every bit of content. If I need a boost, I love knowing I can go to the Movement and find just what I need. In addition to adding new content regularly based on member input, Erin invites guest teachers who are awesome too. Plus, the FB community is so warm & supportive. Good energy all around. This app is a winner!

Such an empowering approach to health and fitness!
I have been enjoying the movement since the very beginning and appreciate all the variety of workouts, meditations, yoga, dance and my absolute favorite, soul strolls! There is something for everyone and I love how you can always find the perfect thing whether you have 5 minutes or 45. I had never really been into affirmations before but the combo of movement and mantras has been life changing for me. It’s the perfect thing if I need to shift my perspective and get out of my head and it’s truly helped me become a more joyful person and keep my equilibrium when life is out of balance. I highly recommend it, Erin’s energy is genuine caring, funny, and enthusiastic.

A breath of fresh air in the fitness & meditation community
Erin’s programs and community is EXACTLY what I needed to finally make that commitment to myself to Be Better, Feel Better and Do Better for myself. Her concept of small changes in mind, body and soul leads to big changes in your life is spot on! Amazing!
I’ve been doing Erin Stutland’s Soul Strolls since the first online group Shrink Session years ago (I also met another woman in that group who is now one of my dearest friends-so I have Erin to thank for that as well!!). The amazing amount of positivity in her workouts, meditations and strolls is something everyone should have in their life. It’s more than worth the monthly fee! There is something to do everyday at whatever level you’re at. I’ve been able to adjust thru times when I was at the top of my workout game, thru hip surgery when I couldn’t do as much! The app is easy to navigate and you will find so many soul touching gems in it! I recommend this app with all my heart!
