My first impression was that it took five days to get me my first week of customized meals, when it had originally been estimated it'd be provided within 24-48 business hours, sooner because of the holiday season. I decided to follow up on the 6th day after enrolling/paying, I was legit told, "oh sorry - I have no excuse, I was busy with christmas shopping."
After that, the weekly check-ins typically felt rushed, as though the individual needed to hurry and go to the next thing. Aka, I'm not a vip client - which sure I can understand, but as someone who has been in customer service for years, you don't want your customer to feel any less important regardless.
Then there was a hiccup with payment when I changed cards, and while the amount wouldn't be considered a lot $25/weekly charge) my bank was overdrafted so I ended in the negative. If it were bad financially planning on my end, I'd own that. But I took all the steps and necessary measures to avoid that and I still got dinged. When I followed up, I was given a superficial apology and that this had happened to four other clients as well - I didn't necessarily need to know that, nor did it make me feel great. I only needed to be told it was being taken care of, and even then it took a couple days. Luckily, my bank reversed the overdraft fee.
And overall, the nutrition plan did nothing for me. And when I switched to the workout plan, I felt it was a joke and I could have conjured up better things on my own. I took a risk, wanted to give something new a shot, and I was disappointed. If you're on a path to body building and that kind of thing, this will totally be your jam. Not gonna knock on the service itself - just doesn't seem like it's meant for the average gal.
