Spelling issue
We cannot believe that your computers at the News-Herald, don’t have spell check on them. We like to have the children read the newspaper, so they can learn to read better and want to read. But your newspaper will run two, three sometimes four words together to make it look like ONE word. We ask WHY do you let a well known newspaper get sloppy? Please fix your issues so not only the children we are trying to teach, but also the adults go back to reading the newspaper. Thank you

App is broken
Well, updating an old review... App breaks occasionally asking for passwords... Uninstall and reinstall seem to fix most of the time... Nice quality control guys... And you wonder why journalism and newspapers are dying... I don't give a crap if you're grammar is correct if I can't get your news.... Many other places to go.
Apparently you now need a press+ account to read any stories which requires a newspaper subscription... Bye bye... Lots of free news elsewhere... Hire someone with half a brain to make better decisions News Herald...

Good but…
Call me picky, but can't we have an app that gives you an option to expand to more stories, that doesn't start with the same 3 stories. If I wanted to read what they deemed a headline I would click on it. If I want to expand to more stories, start with the new story, not a refreshed page with the new stories after the first three that I skipped.

Terrible app
What happened to the digital replication of the Lake County News Herald. I called support and spoke with someone from another country after waiting 15 minutes. He kept talking over me. He was hard to understand and you could tell he was reading from a script. He had no idea what I was talking about. He said he would check with a IT specialist. I will stop my subscription. The news on this app can be gotten from other news sites for free!

This app is terrible!
News is never up to date. Links to stories half the time come up incomplete. It doesn't contain close to what the print edition has. Half the news is missing...it's just a shame, the News-Herald used to be a decent local paper, now you might as well call it the Newsless Herald. And oh, by the way, the Internet version of the paper is just as bad, if not worse. I wonder if the publisher ever tries to navigate through any of their e-editions.

No search function
I want to search for certain topics. Can’t do it. Other frustrating issue is that if link to article is on Twitter, it forces me to sign up for a subscription. If I download the app, it doesn’t ask for a subscription.
Id rather reach the articles on twitter as I’m following the reporters who are covering the specifics I want to see. Those being local sports and events.

No way to subscribe or view the whole paper
I need an app because the paper newspaper has small print that I cannot read. I love this newspaper, but the app only seems to have news that I can get on CNN/elsewhere. I want an app that is the Ohio Lake County News Herald. Their website requires a subscription, but that does not seem to relate to the app and is not mobile or handicap friendly.

Use to Work
This use to be a great app but for the past couple of days all you can see are the headlines. Hopefully it's a glitch that can be fixed soon. Would have to get rid of the app and go back to the website; which is a whole different story.
