I AM a subscriber
When I'm redirected to the in app browser, the app doesn’t automatically sign me in. This gets really aggravating when I’m in the middle of a good read and I click a hyperlink to gain some quick context, but then I just get a paywall.
Either I should be signed in the in app browser, or the links should redirect me to the article in the app itself. This is a really frustrating issue that prevents me from fully engaging with the content.
The writing itself is remarkable, and I appreciate having a local perspective, especially when the media is so focused on the national and international levels. Still, the app needs improvement so I can actually read the stories.

Horrible
They make you pay to see adds. Then the add never goes away. If you see the reviews you would think they would fix the format.

Logout issue
If I read an article and try to go back, I go all the way back to log in screen. Very frustrating, never used to do that with my iPad. I called in and was told a service ticket would be made. Well it’s been over a week and haven’t heard a word.
Have experienced problems with Sudoko, no longer goes to a number keyboard. Have additional ads other than ones in the newspaper, and they charge a premium for the on-line subscription.
Enough is enough, I will get my local news elsewhere (plenty of news station apps). I am canceling my subscription when it runs out!

Support doesn’t exist. No matter how much and who to I reported, it is what it is. If you quit as a customer - they don’t care.
You can brag about your Pulitzer Prize. You deserved it because an excellent journalism or a political mainstream. But you customer service and app management is seriously lacking responsibility and action.

App is a mess.
I bought a subscription yesterday. When I tried to set up my account it said I had a password. I didn’t know why but I tapped I forgot my password. I got an email that said I could resent my password….sounds goo but no! It would let me reset my password unless I KNEW The OLd PASS WORD That I have forgotten. Catch 22.

Will not sore login info
This app makes me type in my login info every time I open it…even if I check the box that says keep me logged in. Should only have to type it in one time. This needs to be updated to make it usable. I am a subscription holder.

You can’t log in
I have tried on multiple days, multiple times to log in to the app. I have all access but it doesn’t work here. Don’t waste your time. You won’t be able to read anything. This is a sad joke for an app.

Worst App on my Phone
This app keeps making me log in even after I’ve logged in. I discontinued my paper newspaper to read the news online to save the trees, but this app is most annoying and glitchy. Can anyone fix this?

Not worth $$ subscription
Too many editorial and opinion pieces. Very little relevant news of substance. The app is also over loaded with “sponsor” articles with same font titles as regular articles in an attempt to trick via click bait the reader in viewing the “sponsored” content. Save your money.

The app does not update daily with the published stories. I am still being shown content from 4 days ago. It’s frustrating to pay for an online subscription but not have the latest content.
