I signed up for this app in February. Wanted to love it. Buyer be warned, I was charged from February until April twice. I caught it immediately and emailed month after month to get a refund on the second charge. All the while their team was “working on resolving the issue.” Let’s be clear, we’re talking about the equivalent of 10€, but also for a meditation and yoga app, I shouldn’t have to remember to follow up on emails every month as to my refund, for being double charged again. Flash forward, I eventually cancel my account because I can’t take emailing every month to get an refund. Lo and behold, now, a single charge, when I don’t have an account anymore. Long wait times to hear from their team now, and they’re still “working on it” as I wait for yet another refund. I eventually spoke to my bank to have them block the merchant. I wanted to love this, but it just became a headache. Guys, please step up your customer support team, if this is to be a place for people interested in a 3K+ YTT to get to know the Practice, and your team can’t handle 10€ payments successfully… well, it’s not a good look.
