Description
The Sink Gods is a modern point-n-click adventure game. You play a poor villager who lives in the Sink Valley. When you are evicted from your home and all your belongings are stolen from you, you realise your only hope is the Sink Gods of the Great Basin. Journey to each of their temples, and pass their test to gain vengeance for what you have lost.

To celebrate 10K downloads of The Sink Gods, I'm making two major updates! This is update 1/2!
So, what's new?
In this version of The Sink Gods:
-Major UI overhaul. The game is held within a neat little frame. The UI elements such as inventory and arrows now scale with screen size.
-iPad and widescreen support. The initial launch of The Sink Gods was not formatted correctly for iPad screen sizes, and had problems with widescreen devices. This version fixes that, so you can now comfortably play on any screen size!
-Hyperlinks now work
The next major update will include a new level for The Sink Gods! Stay tuned for more information!
Addressing known concerns:
-I know that a walkthrough has been in high demand. I haven't uploaded one yet because of quality issues during recording. I want you all to know that a walkthrough IS coming. Because I am making a new level for the game, I will be creating the walkthrough to go with the new update. Until then, Discord is the easiest way for hints. You can also email me at [email protected] for help if you don't want to go the Discord route.

“Sink Gods” Rose to the Surface!
This eccentric little game bears some resemblance to the Rusty Lake series: quirky characters, sardonic humor, sadistic rituals, and the omission of audio dialogue, mostly, which accentuates the mystical ambiance. The background music isn’t obtrusive; usually I play these games on mute.
I appreciate the minimal artistic design, which obviates the tedium of sifting though clutter to uncover clues; players rely on subtle environmental clues to solve enigmatic puzzles.
It was a short but interesting peek into what riddles lie ahead. I’m looking forward to more of this developer’s creativity.

Loved the game. The puzzles were good. I got stuck once and asked for help on discord. The developer responded quickly. And then I couldn’t believe I missed it when (s)he gave me a hint.
The game is kinda creepy and kinda funny at the same time. I like the rusty lake games, and this reminded me of those. The artwork and storyline were entertaining, and I think in that sense I might even like this game more than the Rusty lake games, probably because of the humour.

Well-done debut game
Short horror-humor escape-style game in the manner of Rusty Lake’s Samsara Room. It’s enticing and entertaining without being difficult. Nice minimalist cartoon style is pleasantly uncluttered for playing on a phone screen. The cut scene at the beginning is pleasingly brief, and then the game proceeds without nattering. I appreciate when the gameplay tells the story on its own! All in all, I like this enough that I’d trust this developer with a larger game that I have to pay for.

Silly but smart….
This game will catch you by surprise. By that I mean, I downloaded this game as a goof thinking it would be real stupid and or corny. NOT the case here at all.
Quirky at times but the eccentric gameplay and puzzles will keep you entertained the whole way through. Puzzles are challenging but not hard and actually leave your feeling smart when you live on to the next chapter.

Too many puzzle (escape style) games rely on a ‘click everywhere’ approach. Not an ounce of that in this game. If you want to spend your time solving puzzles rather than searching for the pixel that hides the item you need then you’ll enjoy this game. The simple graphics ADD to this game, and bonus for creating an enjoyably disturbing atmosphere. Well done.

Simple but … not! Loved this game!
I hate the ending but only because I wanted to play more. Feels like Rusty Lake but I prefer not dealing with jump scares so thank you for not including that! Going to see if there are more , I hope so! (Did need a little hint but only because of my eyesight. The game isnt absurd you CAN complete it without a hint. My phone is small so the pipe shape was an issue lol.) great game!!!

A must play for puzzle lovers
This is a very fun short puzzle game where each puzzle is beautifully crafted.
Also, this is an actual game you can enjoy with a good soundtrack. There are no advertisement bombarding you every second, which is a huge plus!
This game also has an active Discord community in case you’re stuck on any puzzles or need support.

Fun & quick mind game!
This was a great game. It took me about a half hour to get through. The artwork is a little funny and a little dark. Makes your gears turn without getting frustrated, and the storyline is cool. It has feels similar to Rusty Lake, while still being its own unique idea. Can’t wait to download more from them!

So happy to find this little game. It's wacky, clever and challenging. Think irreverent Rusty Lake. Beautifully simple and unpretentious design -- nice. This is a very short game -- perhaps meant to be a little taste of what's in store from this crew. I hope. Definitely treat yourselves to this hour of fun. (Hey developers! I love point and click adventure games & this is right up my alley . Unfortunately I’m stuck at the caged animal stage & stuckkkk ! Can’t find any walkthroughs. I suggest always having walkthroughs online because some of us aren’t that puzzle but wanna finish the game ❤️ but I love the graphics & style .
