Don’t go solo on the journey.
When the universe sends you the wake up call, and you don’t know where to start, what to do, how to help yourself. You search and search and finally the answer just appears, it was no coincidence that I scrolled across Sheri Salatas summer school. Then enrolled in “TheCourse” learned some amazing tools to work towards the life I want. How to heal, how to feel and how to deal and create the masterpiece that feels surreal. It’s possible and this app brings it all together including support from like minded people, this app has lots of mini courses and insights to learn from. I highly recommend this app, it’s what is helping me stay on track with my new practices. If you ever were looking for information, guidance, support, and encouragement all in one place, well here it is. Get The Support System App it will be the the beginning of a new journey. The Path to Transformation
The path to transformation isn't always easy and this App is like a transformation guide in your pocket. I have it on my Home Screen so I can jump in at any time - to join a virtual event (so many good ones every month), to chat with new friends I've made in The Support System, and most importantly to get some inspiration when I'm feeling challenged with life.
The women in The Support System are all on a transformational journey and we uplift each other as we work through our own paths - we celebrate the wins and hold space when things are really rough. We witness the remarkable beauty of each one of us stepping into our true, authentic selves.
There is nothing like this App and membership anywhere else - I've found a home here and I think other women will as well.

Lost and Found Again
After all the loss and disconnection during COVID I was not myself. I felt I had lost my resilience. Through The Support System I learned I am not alone. I learned to be gentle with myself and that change is made with a series of small steps repeated over time. I was able to be part of a loving, supportive community of women struggling with all the same questions I had. I got some new tools in my toolbox and started using them. It is all so new and it is way too easy to step off this path toward transformation. With The Support System, I keep showing up, keep connecting, keep collecting evidence of where I am on my own path. The support, the examples set, the good stuff these ladies bring to the table is amazing. I am both humbled and elated for these connections.

Connection Transformation Magic
I start my day on this app after my meditation and not because I’m attached to my phone but because it is a way of connecting to the wonderful sacred community that Sheri Salata has created. It’s like calling or texting a friend in the early dawn just to say good morning or talk about what I have planned for the day or what they have planned. I love this app especially when I’m traveling because I can catch all of the inspiring and thoughtful workshops that are set up and I feel connected or if I just want to check in. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use and if I have any questions, I’m able to connect to Courtney, Abe, Linsey or any of the team. It is one of the only apps I consistently use and it’s fantastic!!

I love this group!
I am a graduate of Sheri Salata‘s ‘The Course’ and immediately joined ‘The Support System’. I am in my second year of membership. It is such a wonderful community and the offerings continue to be very meaningful! We learn from Sheri and other top-notch speakers and experts, and there is so much support available for everyone. Depending upon my schedule, I pop into events whenever I can, and I always find them very valuable! One of the most special things is that the members of this group are all on their own journey to live the next phase of their life in the best way for them. Love this app!
I recently downloaded this app and I’m loving it! If your looking for a community to welcome you in, this would be the one. In addition to the community, there is so much great content. There are monthly events as well as replays of past events, there are worksheets for events, a book club, writers corner and several other topics to explore. It’s easy to use and a handy tutorial available to guide you if needed. I definitely recommend this app and I’m only a few days in.
