The Training Studio is THE place to go if you’re looking for either personal training or group fitness classes. I’ve been a member since February and it has been an amazing experience.
I transitioned from physical therapy for compression fractures in my spine to working out here at the recommendation of my physical therapist. I’ve been steadily building strength since then. I love that all workouts are either individual with a trainer or in small group settings. There’s always structure, someone to guide you if needed, and a strong feeling of camaraderie. Trainers will push you to be the best you can be, but are also very mindful of limitations and always have modified or alternative versions of exercises on hand to build strength appropriately and prevent injury.
No matter your age, starting point, or ability, there’s something at the Training Studio for you if you’re willing to work for it.
For the app itself, it is awesome and I love the layout. The one thing I miss is being able to see who else has reserved a spot for classes. It’s fun to see who else is going to be there working out with you :)
