Well made and lots of fun

I played this game when it first came out and absolutely loved it. Still do to this day and continue to play it. The randomly generated survivors have great designs and the gear system is super interesting and cool while being simple enough to understand. I love the additions of being allowed to re roll personal traits in case you got stuck with a bunch that don’t mix (like having lucky with no rng traits to pair with). My only qualm is that they removed the ability for survivors to die on hard difficulty missions. This added and extra air of tension and realism to those more dangerous jobs. High risk high reward. Now it’s just zero risk high reward. The only thing on the line is your time as you wait for “dead” survivors to heal. My in game memorial I built is collecting dust. Wish they would bring back perma death. Other than that, amazing game. I love writing my own personal stories and headcanons for the randomly generated characters I have. I also highly recommend that the developers add a function where you can see how many kills and missions a specific survivor has under their belt. You can look at your overall stats for this but I really want to see it specifically for individual characters.

Good but could be better.

Got some gripes. 1)gold given is absurdly little while prices are nuts. Get 30 gold for a whole campaign completed? Costs 25 for one time of some extra crates to hope for useful stuff(anything under gold is near worthless imo). If you have survivors injured during this you may pay more than you get at the end. 2)unlocks for crates. Should just give us all the crates at this point it’s an 8YO game with too little gold to spare. 3)mission timers for show missions. Shouldn’t have any timers it’s aggravating and pointless and unhelpful. 4)just unlocked Dwight and got the RPG and it DOES NOT need the crippling debuff of 2 turns to reload it’s ridiculous. Also should come with a blast radius perk imo. In fact why not let us take off the good perks of gear we don’t like or use and apply it to better gear that we do want like say I have a low level assault with a gold radius on it but my far better assault that is my level has silver or some worthless perk like “accurate” why not let us swap around these perks and benefit from it? 5)useless hero perks. I basically have to have Abraham lead because of his flat increase perk even though other characters leader skills are way better like say Aaron or Tara who can literally heal people. Perks like Abraham and rosita and Jesus and Jerry should just be extended to all in the collection and maybe give them something else so we aren’t locked into needing stat boosters to exist.

A Good Game to Pass Time

Although do beware that this game can make your battery hot within 30min+ so keep that in mind. The maps and missions are very good and what it could use for every different survivors/heroes is different charge abilities. Like why show what charge ability the weapons do? It doesn’t have any purpose as of all weapons in the game only give u the same charges ability of each classes. Also I have two bugs when I play this...... idk if it’s a client issue or not but I think it is because I played this, started a mission, closed the phone to do something else only to forget about it afterward minutes later...... then when I play a mission with one special kind of zombies which is the Bulletproof..... it popped up a Freaking Tank when the mission literally says there is no other other special infected! That is a game breaking and makes the mission looks like it’s lying....... it does that occasionally. Another bug is that my Merle’s texture is bugged out by the circle around him making parts of his body look dark but u can still see him. This game is still great to play with. The only downside to it is the amount of battery it takes up and how fast it makes your phone hot.

Simple, fun, addicting.

The game itself is your basic farming game. With a twist of actually being able to fight enemies in the story. The constant updates keep the game running smoothly. Every now and then we receive free stuff that keeps me coming back. Leveling is a little too slow for my taste. And I hate being able to only upgrade one thing at a time. My biggest complain so far is just the phones and weapons. A week ago or so we received free “24 hour full gas” and I managed to complete over 30 missions, obtaining equipments, food, and experience. All my characters are level 16-17. And I hated the fact that after every missions, most of my weapon rewards were weapons or armor for low levels ranging between 5-8. I believe rewards should match up to your average character level. Even after watching the ad for an extra 3 chests the rewards weren’t worth it. And my last complain is the phones. As stated above, during the “24 hour full gas” after all those 30 missions I ended up receiving only 2 phones. TWO. it’s almost impossible to unlock new heroes or upgrade the ones you have because it takes such a long time to even get a high amount of phones. And even then, when you purchase the heroes option 9/10 you don’t even get hero tokens. I enjoy the game. But wish they would improve a few things.

The BEST game EVER

I can not begin to describe how amazing this game is and has become. I started playing this when it first came out and haven’t stopped. I swore I would never pay money to games…but, this game has me hooked and unable to ignore the amazing things you can purchase to make a great game even greater. The attention to detail with all aspects of this game are mind-blowing. The characters, the maps, weapons, animations; all A+. There are so many variations of game modes that keep this exciting and interesting and looking forward to every new week and every new update. I know you can’t give much away, but I wonder what’s in store for this game with the upcoming series finale. I can’t wait for some huge celebration of the original show coming to an end! I really hope you are creating more characters that deserve love from the past: Tyrese, Dale, Andrea, Noah, Herschel, Simon…and current characters like Connie, Kelly, Magna, Luke. And, any possibility or chance of having FEAR the Walking Dead characters or maps or anything? That would be absolutely amazing. Keep up the great work, this game is so fun and addicting and I love playing it!

Horrible Techie Support!

So for some reason my app constantly crashes after I leave a connection to wi-fi and when I try to close the app and relaunch it, it just continuously gives me the 'Unable to Connect. Please try again.' Error message. If I tap the 'retry' button, it just pops the error message right back up. I have closed the application, restarted my phone, none of it works. I have to connect to another wi-fi network, redownload the game, but I can only play it on that wifi network. If I turn my wifi off or leave for another wifi it gives the same error message. I have tested my connection and my connection is fine. I contacted technical support and informed them of the issue, read all the troubleshooting tips and performed all of them, and I informed technical support of everything I have tried. They sent me back a response saying oh someone will contact you within 24 hours, don't respond to this one because it's just an automated message blah blah blah. So when I do get an actual response from a certain individual, he just sends me the same troubleshooting tips I told him I have already tried. Now I'm not sure if you treat all the customers as complete idiots or if the whole technical support team just doesn't even read the messages before responding. But The technical support for this game is the reason I'm not going to go out of my way to play/recommend this game to anyone. So thank you technical support.

Best Game Out There

I’ve been playing this game since the start and I have enjoyed many aspects of it, including all the updates that keep the game feeling fresh. Even if you don’t watch the show anymore(since content went down but that’s for you to decide) you can still enjoy weekly missions based of the weeks episode. There are many Heroes from the show to chose from and you can level up some of your own personal survivors that you gain along the way. Since it’s start it has added guilds to play with others around the world, support items to help you in a pinch, and support animals like Shiva or Dog to also help in tough missions. Overall, I enjoy the game but I do wish something can be done about Hero characters that you do not use. There are many Heroes that I personally would would love to delete but it’s not possible. There should be an option to delete Heroes just as you can delete Survivors. If this would be considered that would be great. Again, great game and if you’re looking for something fun to play I highly recommend No Mans Land.

Please more heroes!!

I absolutely love this game, it’s definitely my favorite. The design of it is super smooth and the gameplay is awesome. Never had any lag issues either, occasionally it disconnects but that isn’t the games fault. Radios are balanced and not too hard to get while not too easy, and this game keeps you going forever with new challenges every week and guild wars. Super addictive I can’t put it down lol. The only request I have is please add more heroes! I have most of them and it would be super cool if they added more, it would definitely make the game even better, maybe add Tyreese, Shane, Hershel, Beth, and maybe even someone like Simon? I do feel like a few heroes are left out, but special variants of heroes should come around more too, like maybe widow Maggie, a shooter with her revolver? Just a few suggestions :) overall a great game and I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the walking dead. And idk just a few visual things like wouldn’t it be cool if rick holsters his revolver every so often instead of just holding it and looking around? Just a few suggestions lol it’s a great game for sure.

Ads...that you will want to take advantage of.

This game is by far the best free to play out there. Period. It’s my first time using the free to play apps on my new IPad..and this was the first one I downloaded...and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Amazing graphics. The actual feeling of accomplishment when successfully leveling up or completing a mission. The team of developers and the staff have done something here that should be the industry standard when it comes to the business of in app purchases. Very very fair priced. A 24hr supply of gas(which is what you need to have to do stuff)for 2$...in my opinion..is a steal. The addition of having the choice to watch ads to gain things is timely and well worth it. Trust me. I’ve spent a few bucks...20$..or so..but not only am I supporting the team that made this game possible..I’m carefully constructing my own course and path..and developing my characters as I see fit. Buy the gas. Support the team. Download this game. If you don’t like it...it’s your fault. I’m excited to see what’s next from this team of Developers. Love and respect

Early on

I’ve only played this game long enough to pass the military base and from what I’ve played I really really enjoy this game. It has a lot to do for what it is. It has characters from twd that you can get random people you can get and take on mission or leave at camp and or retire. You can earn them by getting tokens getting lucky on radio calls and like every walking dead game I played you get Daryl basically instantly at first you don’t but after a couple missions you get to keep him and use him on missions. You can upgrade him by training and upgrade his crossbow along with every other survivor and weapons used by them too. Great game and I really like it only downside is you need wifi or cellular data to play which I understand because that’s the only way you can by stuff and that’s how they get money but I hope they’ll add offline play soon but besides that GREAT GAME!!! If you like this you might also like their game The walking dead outer worlds. Give both a try you won’t regret.
