Add an offline support to the app.

User will be able to use the app without internet connection if the following conditions are met:
- user needs to be logged in first to the app
- user needs to previously opened all of the tabs (scheduled, in progress, completed and rejected)

- update timezone handling so visits are more useful
- modify cache behavior so offline support is improved
- adding more tabs to the home: in progress and rejected visit to help you see your visits
- make the task checked indicator to use solid background so its easier to see

Display only your visits, not all scheduled visits.
