General Server Error
This app has still not been update or addressed for previous issues. It’s a shame because it would so convenient to maintain my subscriptions on the go rather than having to manage from a desktop.

Half way useful
Doesn’t work well but works. Big fan of Thorne supplements.
My #1 reason for needing to visit Thorne is to edit the delivery date on my subscriptions. This app does not solve that problem. Cannot even view upcoming shipment dates.
Would be great app if it solved this problem.

Mostly Useless
App won’t load content most of the time. I can read the articles, but purchasing products is almost impossible. App just freezes, or doesn’t load anything. Disappointing. Love Thorne products.

App and website hiccups causing unwanted unsubscribe
It is impossible to edit subscriptions. Ok more than four occasions my subscriptions were canceled without my intent. For example when I unsubscribed Relora Plus the website unsubscribed from other vitamins that I didn’t want canceled.
I asked customer service to reinstate it but they told me they cannot do it. They continued with, ‘you have to reorder it and set in subscribe’
After several time with the website self-initiating unsubscribe for vitamins I wanted to keep; I had to say good night Gracie, and exit stage right.
Maybe others will not have this same issue with the app and website.

Thanks for the updates! Much more responsive now, and seems to have addressed the crashing.

Awful, a TON of work to do
Search doesn’t work, categories are empty. I added two items to my cart and have no way to delete them now. Cannot use until it gets some serious updates.

Can’t even log in. The credentials work on the site, but the app says they are incorrect. (I’ve triple checked, they aren’t)
