Swimming is the easiest way to enjoy a low impact, full body workout. thrive active makes it simple to swim at your local Durham County Council leisure centre. Just pick your favourite pool for offers, to book classes and look up timetables.

Following the latest government guidance, we are pleased to confirm that our indoor leisure facilities will reopen from Wednesday 2 December. All centres will return to opening seven days a week, with Covid safety measures at all sites. Gym and swimming activities will return, however group exercise and aqua classes will not take place while the County remains in Tier 3.

Timetables, Booking and Membership options are now available again via the app.
