Some weird things
So I’ve been playing this game a lot, and I’ve noticed some weird things. I got the achievement “It’s easy at first” (you have to complete level 1 without dying) Anyway, ya know where I got that achievement? ON LEVEL 2! The same with “Smoke and Smog.” You have to complete level 2 without dying. And I got that achievement on level 1! Also I have noticed another thing; that level 1 is HARDER than level 2! There’s also a color glitch on level 7. If you die on the part these things shoot fluid that makes the sky turn green, and you respawn at your previous checkpoint, the sky is green instead of blue FOR THE REST OF THE LEVEL!

I guess this is the origins of “Dancing Line”....
As both games have the BoomBit logo on them. I think the latter game became a joint venture between BoomBit and Cheetah Mobile. Both games are great with some graphical elements of Through The Fog even better than Dancing Line (Ex. “Storm of Anger” and “The Storm”).
However there is one small bug. It appears that no matter how many times I try and collect all the cubes on “Storm of Anger”, I am unable to unlock the “Rats in a Cage” achievement that is associated with collecting all cubes. I have unlocked every single achievement but “Storm of Anger”. Is this a known bug that has been addressed?
Other than that, thank you for making a great game that became the foundation of “Dancing Line”!

AWESOME, but...
Ok, so this game is AMAZING! I do love every aspect of it, however, I am aware that there are people with less tolerance for the constant ads you must endure to beat the levels. There is also the fact that multiplayer is slightly buggy. I will give it the four stars, and also, since this is the first review, boombit is almost guaranteed to read this, so may I make a suggestion? It would be real neat if you added a few co-op levels.

NOT a copy of Dancing Line!
This game came before Dancing Line did. Ignore all the low reviews that say otherwise. DL was based off of this game. BoomBit is involved in both games.
I love the concept and the soundtracks (especially the full Storm and Autumn vs the shortened ones on DL)! It’s so peaceful and simplistic, yet challenging and rewarding.
But this only gets 3 stars from me for two reasons. First, there is only a 5-lives limit before you have to watch an ad or pay to get more lives. Second, the game runs extremely choppily on my iPhone 11 (almost unplayable). It used to work just fine on my old iPhone SE. I would hope for a fix but it’s been 3 years since the last update of the game, so not much hope can do...

Amazing!
First, I'd like to compliment the people behind the music- wow! It has stunningly beautiful music, and I'd love if they'd put a credits page for who designed such a beautiful soundtrack(couldn't find it if there is one) and such. Secondly, the movements are very fluid and not choppy at all. I've just recently finished level one, so I can't comment on others, however level one is stunning! It's very simplistic while still holding immense beauty for a free game. It's all very easy in game, and I thoroughly enjoy every moment of this game. It is very well done!

BEST GAME EVER!!! SOOOOO ADICTING!!:))))
This is really one of my favorite games to play, it is sooo addictive in a good way. It has THE BEST MUSIC EVER and when you tap it is not choppy at all, and it is sensitive enough so u don’t have to tap twice to make it move. I have completed all the levels but the last one and it has been a fun challenge. I recommend you get this game if u are looking for a game that challenges you but is also really fun. And again I have to remind you that the music is so moving that u feel as if u are the line and are on an adventure!!!!!!

Elegant, challenging, addictive
The game exceeded my expectations. I was looking for something to quell my boredom and this was exactly it. I absolutely adore the graphics and music that go with each of the levels. It also satisfies my competitive streak through its option to play against other people. Through the Fog is perfect for anybody who loves a challenge, appreciates simplistic yet elegant games, and has some time on their hands. Try it out!

Overall I love this game. I LOVE the music of “Peaceful Stagnation”! I also love how they used some music from dancing line! (Since it’s same developers I assume it’s allowed). The scenery is stunning and I love how you get so many different angles of the game because the “camera” moves around. This game is amazing. If your reading this trying to decide if you should download the app, GET IT! Thanks for tour time :)

Amazing game
Wow there's not even enough words to describe how awesome this game is. I deal with anxiety and this game actually really helps with it. The music is SO GOOD (I would like there to be a credits page somewhere containing who arranged the music)! The levels are difficult but it's so rewarding when you pass one. The graphics are simple but very modern. Would highly recommend!

This game is terribly easy! And one of the reasons it's addictive is because of the beautiful music! I love the music. Different types of music can set you in different moods! It also kinda relaxes you which is different than most running games. You make amazing running games! Keep up the good work! 👍🏻👍🏻
