Tic-Tac-Toe against machine Hack 1.3

Tic-Tac-Toe is a game for two players who take turns marking the spaces in a 3 by 3 grid with X and O. The player who succeeds in placing three of his/her marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.
