- fixed a bug where sound playback from other apps would be stopped when TimerLabs was launched or re-opened
- changed notifications to scheduled notifications in iOS so they will always play even when TimerLabs is closed, and do not require any ongoing background processing, which seems to get cutoff by iOS system and sometimes crashed the app

- added in app review popup when on timer finished screen, it will only appear if the app has been installed for at least 2 weeks; and your current timer has completed
