Fun, but broken
It’s a cool callback, and I like the game, but lvl 25 doesn’t work. You end up stuck after beating the “prime evil.”
Which is a pig. Apparently.
I’d be fine with it if it did ANYTHING other than send me to a broken level.

Good but level 25 is broken
Level 25 is verrrryyy broken. The menu is up while your playing it and your character can go off the screen. Every other level works.

Seemed cool
It seemed really awesome until I saved for the minion which I thought would just follow but Apprently you have to switch to it so I was like that's fair but then I realized that once you buy one spell you only get one use per purchase and that really put me off if it were not for that it would have been awesome

lol 25 is broken
I downloaded this game on a whim and I LOVE IT!!!
The only problem, is that after you defeat the Prime Evil, the level after it (lvl 25) is broken. The screen doesn’t scroll, and you need to go to the left or right to do the level. The levels are fast, so I’ve only had the app for two days before encountering this game ending issue :(

Good gameplay, but distracting ads
The actual gameplay is very cool and super challenging. Between the retro graphics and high difficulty, this really feels like a good old NES game.
Unfortunately, the ads are constantly taking you out of the experience. You will most likely be button mashing every time you die, and this will, almost every time without fail, lead you to accidentally clicking the pop-up ads that show up when you die or beat a level. This switches you over to the App Store. It is extremely annoying and just takes you out of the game completely. If I could, I'd pay a couple of bucks to get rid of these stupid ads, but there is no such option.
Maybe it'll be more playable in a future incarnation.

Almost awesome
This would be really cool if it were a little more refined. Hit boxes on enemies are way too big, and they sometimes kill you after an enemy dies. The star system on each level also seems totally meaningless.

Horrible trashy game full of ads and poor programming.
Game is [insert ad] a smidge too fast [insert ad] and isn't [insert ad] programmed very well. [insert ad] Also the overall idea [insert ad] is very unappealing after [insert ad] Random Heroes has worn out this style gameplay. [insert ad] So again another trashy game by a programmer who copy paste other people's worn out ideas in the hopes of making some money. You can do much better than this. Please do.
