I paid for a video and was told it would take 20 days after the event to receive it. Ok, it’s a big long, but I figured they were just busy. It is now 3 months later and I haven’t received anything. I contacted them and they made up all sorts of excuses. Maybe they lost it, maybe they damaged it, but why not just say that and refund me? I asked for a refund and now they won’t respond. I saved all of the messages and plan to let our team parents know. TKDS has deleted comments that I have left on their page (nothing rude or mean...just what I have left here) and they deleted it. I don’t want other sports parents to be treated the same.
