Good game, but needs improvement
In this app you can cook for three different people, and choose through a variety of ingredients to cook. Deep fry, bake, slice, this has it! You can season your food with the provided condiments to create your own delicious masterpiece. Finally, serve your creation to your customers to see their reaction!
However, this can only be entertaining for 10 minutes or so, because the options are very limited. You only can choose from three people to cook for, and the ingredients to choose from are so limited it's pathetic. There isn't even any eggs! When cooking I can't even make soup because the game only lets you boil the food. I can't make a sandwich either because the food does not stack on top of each other. There isn't even any kind of currency in this game, which could have been great, because it's a perfect opportunity to have a shop to buy ingredients. (Think of it! Buy currency with real life money, developers get money, use money as funding to make this app even better!) The reactions are also funny sometimes, but can be a tad bit gross. They sneeze and burp out the food, over the screen, which is kind of gross in my opinion.
Still, don't take my words too harshly. This is a completely free app with no in game purchases nor adds, so this is still good for a app like this. Bored and need something to do? This is the perfect app for you.

Recently, this game has updated. honestly, it probably has the potential to give a child nightmares. I’ve been playing this game since I was a 6, I decided to download it again, since I saw it on TikTok and i had some free time. The game is only fun for about 10 minutes and that’s it.

Great Game! but needs some improvements…
Awesome game but I need some improvements oh my god why did I just say that you’re probably wondering why I just said that because literally it’s in the tie we don’t I just said that anyways so I think it needs stuff like eggs and stuff I also want like the pot to make soup and stuff and there can be a recipe book so that you can make recipes from other people or make your own recipe and share it with the world! I was just wondering but I will be very happy if you do that because I need some improvements like I’m tired of playing the game and wishing that there were some eggs so I can make like recipes with eggs and just like the another review I want us to me to be able to make stuff like cupcakes and cake and ice cream I also want there to be a freezer so that you can make Popsicles with the blender I was just wondering doesn’t this sound fun if it does please add it to the game please pretty please 🥺🥺🥺

Best game ever!
So I like the eating because when the girl eats it sounds good she loves watermelon in the yeti loves steak and the man he loves peaches. That’s probably the only thing he likes. He reacts bad to the other fruits but the chicken and other things you have to cook he doesn’t react to it except for the thing that has blue skin and inside it is black or brown whatever trying to say is I like the sounds of that meeting and of course I like the sounds of the girl eating because when she eats like the watermelon, it sounds like *chewing swallowing* like that, and one of my favorite things is the drink I can’t put any of the things inside the drink. The girls are vegetarian yetis not vegetarian, and the guy is not vegetarian either. He eats pear and cook stuff not the black. in the middle and the blue thing that’s the skin the blue skin that’s really lucky I mean yucky sorry and also right now I think that people loving the sound of eating is gonna love what I’m writing because I love the sound of the thing too. I don’t think anybody does, but looks like I am the only one *laughs awkwardly*ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha if you guys could just laugh with me😭😭😭 just kidding. Again no matter what Don't update if you enjoy Toca kitchen & don't fall for there copy pasted dev response they don't care they just want you to update & pushed into there sub junk it's not free Toca kitchen is not free it's trickery. they ruined it you now need to sign up for a account & its subscription based & they trick you thinking your gonna get Toca kitchen Fully free, but a pop up comes up stating you only get 3 days free & I have that picture on my social media. I will never update, NEVER. KEEP YOUR SUB JUNK OUT OF CHILDRENS GAMES. I will continue making reviews for every update though. This app is great 5 stars WHEN ITS ONLY TOCA KITCHEN. but it deserves 1 star for its trickery's going from a premium to a subscription base with no warning. Feel bad for those who have auto updates on. Apps doing this is a reason why I don't have Auto updates on. I'll never update this app it will remain in the updates for the rest of my iPads life, thanks for ruining the best Toca Kitchen app Toca, could of picked any other old app, they knew what they were doing, there becoming greedy. Amazing App! Just some suggestions.. 🍟
Hello! This app is a huge improvement from the first Toca Kitchen, which I’m very proud of to say that, unlike the many other reviewers, I am in love with both of your Toca Kitchen’s. I have seen nothing similar comparing the 2nd app to other apps, because it is uniquely awesome that there is several ways to prepare dishes for the people who enter Toca’s restaurant, funny reactions from them after munching on gross food, and many more ways to love this app. But I have more suggestions to update the app: I think it would be fun to have more foods, but with these foods you would be able to.. I don’t know how to explain it. With an egg, you could be able to crack it, and make an omelet or scrambled eggs. With flour, batter, and etc you could make a cupcake or cake. That’s one food suggestion. The second suggestion is more than one restaurant. There could be Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and many more with the food I suggested above these words. I think that will make a fun- food update for Toca fans, and I will enjoy it if you look into making these suggestion reality. Thank you for reading this suggestion!

So I love this app like a lot there’s lots if different things to do in this app. I like that you can choose the customer and how to cook the food you want. One Idea I have for this app is if you can make a peeler station. Like you can peel fruit, and potatoes etc. I don’t think my customers like eating bannana peels and orange peels. Just an idea but it would be amazing if it was added to the game. Overall the creativity is amazing, and the realistics of the food is great, too. I would also LOVE it if you could add more food options. Don’t get me wrong, the app is already amazing, but it gets a little boring cooking the same food. I can still explore more possibilities, but you can only see them spit out your smoothie on the screen so many times. So yeah if you are reading this people I definitely recommend the app it’s worth it to pay $3 it will keep you entertained for a long time, especially if you’re new. So yeah thank you

Awesome Game! A few suggestions...
This game is great to keep young kids busy, and I will admit that I actually enjoy it! It was a free app of the week a few months back, and it made me happy to think of when I was younger and I loved Toca Boca games, so I installed it. It was great, (still is) but I think that you should add a few things to make it more interesting for older people (but still fun for younger kids)! You could add more characters, more ways to cook, more reactions, more food (I think an egg would be useful) and just some cool new features, like, maybe add the ability for players to mix foods together in bowls, then serve it, like salads or soups! Also, I think adding a burger and a way to turn things into soups and not just smoothies and juice would be fantastic! Please take this into consideration, as I think that this game is a wonderful and lovely game for children, but it may be just a little bit more fun to have some more cooking options. :)

Ok, if you get stressed or upset easily this game is not that recommended for you. I was playing and i tried to make mushrooms and i don’t know how so i just deep fried them, it wouldn’t let me fit anymore mushrooms even though there was clearly space, i got so mad and stressed that i began to cry. When i finally fried all the mushrooms i accidentally clicked the arrow to go to the character selection screen, i froze and just stared at my screen before bursting into tears, it needs to be able to save the food but there is no save button so even if i didn’t press the arrow the food wouldn’t save. It’s really stupid that theres space but no more food can fit, and you cannot save the food you make, this game really stressed me out. Not recommended for sensitive people/people that get stressed or upset easily, but if you wanna download it go for it.
