Great for counting
My 18m old daughter loves this app! It not only teachers her numbers but names of items. My only complaint is the location of the home button. With her being a lefty her had is constantly hitting the home button when so goes to click the picture. Maybe it could be moved up so this doesn't happen for other lefties.... Which looks like both my kids are going to be.

This app is good but if you want kids to count to higher numbers it doesn’t allow you to go higher unless you complete the smaller numbers first. If kids are practicing counting to 100 and want to see pictures it’s impossible to complete unless you start from one picture. This defeats the fun of practicing.

This app keeps the little ones busy counting and learning the names of sometimes unfamiliar objects. Love it!

Perfect for Under 2
I've had some difficulty finding educational apps that my 18 month old daughter enjoys and is capable of playing. This app is PERFECT! She easily picked up on it and even loves the menu screen where she can interact with different objects that move and make sounds. I'm sure she will continue to play this for at least another year or two as she learns to talk and count herself. Definitely worth the cost and highly recommend to parents of other young toddlers.

Good for toddlers only.
The app is well designed, easy to use and makes sense. The only problem is that a slightly older child of 3 yrs or so gets bored easily and fools themselves into thinking they really know how to count, when in fact they do not. They just end up tapping the pictures without bothering to listen to the numbers. I do not see what can be done about it.
But I highly recommend this app for a child between 2 and 3 yrs. it gets the thinking about numbers and the idea of counting.

great for my 15 month old
worth the 99 cents! keeps my 15 month old occupied, and she is learning numbers and counting. like that there are settings for the maximum. I lowered it to 10 for now, and can make it more difficult as she grows. yes, she'll grow out of the app probably by 2 years old, but with all the $$ kids take, this is well worth 99 cents for 6-8 months of entertainment!

Great App for my young one.
It is an lovely app designed just right for my young one. Everything works impeccablely. Also just saw the post of no sound, here is my 2 cent as i encountered that with other apps before, that is why i used to solve this iOS issue (not app issue):
if using iOS 4.3 or above (See Settings > General > Version, for iOS version number)
Make sure the orange dot is not showing on the "Side Switch" on the upper-right corner of the iPad.
Go to Settings > General > Use Side Switch to: > Check Mute
Open the app, and the sound should now be working.
If still not working, just restart your iPad, it should work.
if using iOS 4.3 or above (See Settings > General > Version, for iOS version number)

Great app!!!!!
My 2 year old loves it!!! He has been getting better at pointing and counting with this app.
I am surprised no one has rated this app yet. I love the fact the pictures they used are actual objects and not drawings.
I highly recommend it if you want to keep your kid entertained while learning!!

Great app!
My son is 18 months and this is one of the only apps that keeps his attention for longer than 5 seconds, and I've tried quite a few. He absolutely loves it, most definitely worth the money. He also loves the app Sound 123, if you'd like any recommendations.
