Won’t download extra features
Hello! My son loves this game and I paid the lifetime membership. Unfortunately, I cannot download the extra features because it states, “an unknown error has occurred.” Please fix it, so we can continue enjoying your app. If not, I will be requesting a refund.

Do NOT buy - purchases don't work
The free version works, BUT if you want to pay to unlock any features, you're just getting scammed. The purchase will go through on the app store, and you'll get a confirmation email. You will be charged immediately but get nothing in return. They took the money without any issues (within seconds), but reporting a problem and trying to get a refund takes a couple of DAYS. Will update review, if/when the refund goes through, to see if they refund the full amount (I purchased and canceled in less than 5 minutes) or if they'll charge me a prorated amount for the DAYS it takes them to process my request 🙄

Don’t pay anything for this app
I paid for the monthly subscription to try it out and see if we wanted to pay for lifetime. Glad we did not!! We are still within our monthly subscription and the game is showing everything as “locked” even though we should have full access. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, made sure I was signed in, tried to restore purchases. Nothing works. If I go in the app to try to restore purchases or even “sign up” for the monthly subscription (that I’m already paying for…) I’m stuck on a loading screen. It’s a shame the app seems to be a scam because the game is fun and my kids love it.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend it
People need to keep things short and sweet there’s only one option to play the rest you have to buy and it’s the same game that you play from the game that referred you which has the same game so why bother? There’s nothing worse than getting an app and only one thing unlockedFree games should be free I realize people need to make money I don’t put your game in if you really need money for your children to play because the one thing you offer isn’t worth their frustration

One AD is still an AD.
By NO ads you should be clear. You are advertising. The first thing you see when you turn this game on is an AD to BUY the full version and that stays on the Home Screen of the game for kids to press! Stop lying to get people to download. If I can report this I will. Absolutely lying for downloads and tricking kids with a bright green button to buy something.

No sound
This looks like a fun game, but we can’t get sound and I am not sure how to play. The issues is. It with my phone because I have wound on everything else. I can’t find anything within the game to turn sound on. If there is anything I can do please let me know. Otherwise I need a refund.

Useless, boring and NO educational value for $30!!!
This app has not one redeeming value- it is not in any way educational, not user friendly for a 3 -5 year old and is so boring even my 3 year old grandson fid not want to continue after a few minutes. I have requested a full refund of the $30 fee. Do not waste your time or money

Restore my purchase
My toddler accidentally deleted the game and now it shows that we are subscribed for the yearly subscription, but it shows all the extras are locked and won’t let us play! I have emailed and nothing. I’ve deleted, redownloaded, restarted the phone. I just want access the full game we paid for!
