Ticket purchase fail
Me and my mom tried using the app to purchase tickets for one day during our trip. It was kinda buggy and slow but the biggest problem was purchasing the ticket. We tried 2 credit cards and 1 debit card only to encounter an error sign. Both me and my mom tried using out own account to purchase a ticket only to yet again encounter the error sign. After deciding to purchase out tickets through KLOOK were we able to finally get tickets for Tokyo Disney Sea. For all the trouble to get a tickets it was stressful. Mainly since we want to make sure we will be getting refunds for the failed attempts. (My mom got text notifications on the failed ticket purchases amount making it seem like the payment did go through when in reality it didn’t)

Can’t buy tickets
I think you need a Japanese credit card or address or something to buy tickets. I wasted hours trying to get tickets using US credit/debit cards and could never get past a generic error message. The only other option is some service called PayPay but that seems to require a Japanese phone number.

App doesn’t even load
I was hoping to get to use the app to navigate the park like I would in the US, but the app doesn’t even get through the initial loading before it says error. I’ve tried redownloading several times in hopes that it’ll work, but nothing!

Terrible if your connection is spotty
The app seemingly caches nothing, including map tiles, and requires refetching data often. I'm using an mvno and have spotty connectivity when the park is mobbed even when I have 4 bars of LTE, because my traffic gets dropped first.
The app is unusable.
There is no way to get to your prepaid Premier Access QR codes when this happens, so I recommend screenshotting every one.
There's no free wifi in the park.
Compared to the Disneyland California experience (free wifi, preordering food, etc), this app/park experience is an embarrassment.

Won’t load
When I downloaded this app in the US, I had no issues with it—worked great. Once I got to Japan and actually needed the use the app, all I got was a blank white screen. Reinstalled several times to no avail. Very disappointing.

Can’t purchase ticket
It just stuck after you selected the tickets and then typed in your address (or confirm address if you already have a log in). Tried multiple times but no success. It’s a failure.

Throw it away and use one of the US apps
A “hard to find what you need” app combined with park rules requiring that you use the app to get on best rides makes this the worst Disney app experience ever—and I’ve used them all. Throw it away and use the CA or FL resorts app instead.

Cannot sign-up and cannot buy tickets
Register as a new user is missing from the app even though the guides mentions it, since i cannot sign-up i cannot buy tickets either.
