Helpful but needs more to make it worth $4
While this is one good hypnosis for tongue position and not clenching or grinding teeth, it needs more options. A longer one specific for sleep would be very helpful, as would one not intended for sleep but for daytime positioning. This short one seems to be trying to be so multipurpose! An all- night play with the option for the wake command after x-time would be great! Also, play in the background so the screen shuts off.

Stopped my pain right away on the first listen. Still have to listen for result - am not "cured" yet but hope to change the habit of clenching more fully soon. I do have to leave the ringer on my phone on for it to work, which is not the case with my other apps, but, I just put the phone on airplane mode before using it. There are some other little sound annoyances that break through because of this, but overall the app works well, the tech support has been extremely responsive, and I have much more comfort in my jaw. The shortness of the session was perfect because it worked quickly and the auto repeat was great because I can leave it on at night to wake without pain in the morning.

Outstanding!
When I first read the instruction I thought it seems way too simple. Ten years ago I went to a massage therapist specializing in TMJ Disorder. I did receive relief & flexibility after a number of painful sessions. He also gave me a series if stretches to perform daily. However, though much better, I would still awake with pain in my jaw muscles from clinching in my sleep. Then I got away from the stretches & the tightness returned. This simple practice has completely eliminated any discomfort from TMJD. I cannot thank or recommend the instruction from this app. It is sad to think of all the people who might have benefited from this app instead of enduring other temporary treatments or worse surgeries.

Don't waste your money
This app is a rip-off. All he does is tell you to put your tongue on the roof of your mouth so that your teeth do not touch. I cannot believe I paid four dollars for something so stupid.

Nothing waste of money
It played once and since then has not played. Tried redownloading, turning phone on/off nothing. What a waste of money.
