Hello challengers! This is a big update! We’ve been quietly grinding and working hard during the holidays to give you the truly best fitness experience. We’ll spare you the technical jargon of the underlying architecture we’ve improved for a better experience and jump straight to the juicy stuff:
- Full two way integration with Apple Health
- We like playing with others. Training grounds now show a full preview of all your fitness activity not only from TC, but from other platforms as well, if they share their data with Apple Health. Coming soon: integrations outside of Apple Health, including Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, and more!
- Added a ton of new activities and improved the experience of tracking a new activity.
- Made the activity goals better accessible before you start an activity.
- You can now schedule tracked activities like hiking, walking, running, cycling. Oh and you can now also invite friends to scheduled tracked activities.
- You now have the ability to add notes to individual exercises in your tracked workouts.
- Added more flexibility in privacy options.
- Added the ability to select a unique avatar. A lot more fun options coming here soon!
- You can now track calories in all of your activities. We consulted with some prominent doctors in the field and we believe we have one of the most accurate formulas on the market. That being said, we will be tweaking this in the future as you import more data points.
- More flexibility in notifications and message management.
