Can’t seem to make them work?
I just bought the sun&moon they both pair to our phones, and we are connected. The sun will send messages to the moon, but only receives it on the phone, bracelet never vibrates, phone is fully updated, and there is no "i' next to the bracelet in bluetooth settings (unpaired and repaired several times).
The moon never sends message the sun, to the phone or the bracelet. Big disappointment in a valentines day surprise (considering it's tomorrow and i have to sneak my wifes phone from her to troubleshoot it).

I had left a review about a week ago on this app that gave it maybe three or four stars. But now I need to change that rating. After I had used this app and had connected it to the bracelet for 20 minutes, along with my husband, our bracelets don’t seem to have any connection anymore. As soon as I walked 50 feet away from him to check the connection, it suddenly stopped. My husband said he touched the sensors on the bracelet about six times, and my bracelet did not vibrate one bit out of any of those six times. I also got in touch with the company to return them, and suddenly they want video proof that they are defective, which is not part of their return policy. I had provided proof of purchase, which is in their return policy, and apparently that’s not enough now. I told them what the problem was twice, and they gave me the SAME EXACT RESPONSE TWICE. They aren’t even acknowledging that these bracelets aren’t working; they are just trying to not give me my money back.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews for any company, but this one is disappointing. $139 down the drain!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

It’s total spyware to your personal info which they don’t need to be able to send a stupid light signal to a Bluetooth bracelet. They also always have access to ur photos and you can’t remove access in ur iPhone settings because the app lies and says it’s one time only and that they haven’t accessed your photos even when they have. You should be able to turn off access to photos, location, limit access to contact list or only ask for numbers of people u want to pair up with instead of needing constant contact access. They want to know your bday, if your married, etc it’s dumb the info they want aka “pretend to need”.
Someone mentioned adding the bazillion genders in the leftist gender ideology. Instead of doing that they should just say “biological sex” since it’s trendy to think gender is separate or not even ask at all, no need to go woke and turn off the majority who don’t believe in the ideology.. just completely avoid it since it’s not necessary or relevant to the app.

Worse product ever STAY AWAY!!!
Yes other people could be having good products sent to them but the products that I ordered and that was sent to me are so defective and so broken that they won’t work in the instructions packet the words are spelled differently that should’ve been assigned. The product does not work correctly with the battery it does not do any of the things thatI did thing and I all I want is my money back and they R asking me to send A video of how it’s broken or how it is defective how am I supposed to send a video of something that will not work? It makes no sense. If I were you I would go with another brand because these need a lot of work done to even make a good gift. The customer service is absolutely terrible as well! All I want is my money back and they can have their defective piece of crap jewelry back. I am so disappointed. Your company has a lot of things that need to be fixed!!!! Oh and has anyone had a problem with the back coming off easily???

Discrimination against same sex couples
IF YOU’RE IN A SAME SEX OR TRANS RELATIONSHIP THIS APP IS NOT FOR YOU. This app only shows same sex couples in their photos and the certificates they give you to earn from having so many totwoos with your partner. However, myself, as well as so many others, are in same sex or trans relationships. I contacted the app makers and they told me to change my own photos and make sure my Sex is set to female. I knew how to customize the app. But the parts where the app makers provide the photos for certificates are only man and woman. They clearly don’t care and didn’t read my email to them when they contacted me back. So sad the customer service is like this If you’re in a same sex or trans relationship or marriage THIS APP IS NOT FOR US :(.

We bought them to keep in touch. It doesn’t work like the suggestion is online. It also seems that you want to access to much personal information. Also leaving the app open at all times wears your battery down. So after purchasing a very expensive bracelet that will eventually turn since it is not metal protected from water really a lesson well learned and we will be uninstalling the app. It would be nice if you made them to at least light up when in close proximity of each other or had the codes to work without the app and could receive updates. As you work on better use of them

the app is great and really romantic and nice, but i wish there was more you can offer your partner in life than those messages the app has to offer, messages that the user can send from our own words and feelings, (Custom Message) like for example," im thinking about you" or "i can't wait to see you" with heart symbols etc basically a user's choice of words to send to he's/her's romantic parnter. that's all thank you.

Constant bugs
The idea? Love it. When it works, it works well with my partner. But they are non-binary and there wasn’t an option for that. Also, the iPhone connection is just crap; every morning I have to go through 800 steps to try to reconnect and get my bracelet working the correct way. Or the app says there’s no connection or internet connection, when there is. The app is also always turning off my notifications on the bracelet, so I have to go in and manually turn it on multiple times in a day. I have all the notification settings turned on.

Tbh… I never seen a best app like this and it’s very interesting, you guys have put so much effort into these and their amazing! I never seen in connection bracelet and I have ordered one and their great! Hope you guys keep up the good work and don’t listen to the bad reviews and haters their just missing out while the rest of us are actually paying attention and having a great time with these amazing bracelets!
