Support “big blind ante” in the “Calc: M & Q Ratios” screen (in addition to supporting regular ante).
* If you enter a value less than SmallBlind in the Ante field, it’s interpreted as a regular ante.
* If you enter a value greater than or equal to SmallBlind in the Ante field, it’s interpreted as a big blind ante.
* Update this screen’s “?” Help screen; add a section on Ante.
Big blind ante is a relatively new ante structure designed to make posting antes simpler, which speeds up the game. In this ante structure, instead of each player posting an ante on every hand, only the big blind posts an ante (for the whole table), where the ante is usually equal to the big blind, but could be less than the big blind e.g. if the table is short-handed.
Not supporting big blind ante up til now was not a showstopper, because all we had to do was divide the big blind ante by the number of players at the table to convert it to a regular ante. But having the app support big blind ante directly is of course more convenient for us.
Our thanks to customer Deborah F. for writing in about big blind ante.

Maintenance and bug fixes update.
Summary:
* Small change to the order of menu/toolbar buttons.
* Support in-phone-call mode (fully for iPhone5 or later, partially for pre-iPhone5).
* Add new-size app icons for iOS 7.
* Small adjustments to the "Rate This App" menu button and prompt.
If you like Tournament Cruncher please help us, rate/review this app, thank you!
Details:
1) Support in-phone-call mode:
* When you press the Home button while in a phone call, you're returned to the Home screen with the phone call still alive, and the status bar turns green and becomes taller to indicate in-phone-call mode (if your carrier supports this feature). You can then run the Tournament Cruncher app while you're in the phone call.
* On a 4" screen (iPhone5 or later), the UI now adjusts itself vertically so all screens are completely visible and use-able with the taller status bar.
* On a 3.5" screen (pre-iPhone5), all screens shift down and are mostly use-able, but some elements at the bottom of the screens are cut off.

1) New calculated stat "Number Of Big Blinds" in Tools --> "Calc: M & Q Ratios" screen.
2) Support iPhone 5's larger screen.
3) Some small UI improvements to make sure the UI is clean going forward:
* Make "Calculate" and "Analyze" buttons blue.
* Improve toolbar buttons' size and spacing.
4) Write chip stack and payout values as whole numbers instead of as floating point numbers in calculations and analyses.
5) Small bug fix: Tapping a toolbar popup menu's button sometimes (infrequently) caused a different menu button command to be invoked; fixed.

1) Rename app to "Tournament Cruncher".
2) A ChipChop calculator (to complement the ICM calculator). You can now compare the ICM deal with the ChipChop deal. We suggest using this feature fairly and responsibly when making final table chop deals.
* The "Calculate" button calculates both ICM and ChipChop equities.
* The new "ChipChop" / "ICM" button toggles between the two.
* Menu --> Help explains how ChipChop equities are calculated.
3) Minor save/load scenario change: Calculation results (ICM and ChipChop equities) are no longer saved when a scenario is saved, for simplicity and robustness and for consistency with PokerCruncher. This is OK because you can calculate again after loading a saved scenario.
4) New app icon.
5) This app now requires iOS 4.3 or later.

2) New app icon.
3) Calculator for your M & Q ratios (measure the health of your chip stack as the tournament progresses).
4) Calculator for Bubble Factor (measures how big an ICM effect a player has against a particular opponent).
5) Help screens/explanations for M & Q ratios and Bubble Factor (the "?" button in the M & Q ratios screen and the "Help: Bubble Factor" menu button).

Fix a bug in the Push All-In Or Fold decision analyzer. Thanks to customer Roman K. for finding this bug. Also add a couple of error checks/messages in this analyzer.

Improve text field data entry/editing.

1) UI improvements and fixes for iPhone 4 and iOS 4:
* Add a double-resolution app icon for iPhone 4.
* Make text fit better in the menus and screens, and improve wording in some places.
* Make save/restore app state work correctly on iOS 4; the app state was getting wiped out if you killed the app after suspending it.
2) Add more Help buttons in the Menu: visit our website, email support, tell a friend about the app, write an iTunes review, etc.

Fix a bug in the analyzers found by customer Paul O.; thank you Paul. Apologies for letting this bug through.
Bug: If Hero wins the all-in and busts out Villain into a non-paid place (the into a paid place case was working ok), the analyzers were incorrectly thinking that Villain busted out into the last paid place, hence giving an incorrect ICM analysis. Now the analyzers leave the paid places untouched in this scenario.
Also, this app now requires OS 3.0 or higher. This requirement shouldn't be a problem because OS 3.0 has been out since summer 2009.
