Good app but the older one was better
I understand copyright laws but it would be nice if there were workouts and programs ready for download. I know there is a sharing feature but complicated. The one thing that would make it function better is the ability to see the notes on the main screen. Unless you go in and search for notes on each exercise you would know.

Could be better...but for free, not bad.
Kudos for this app including most of the popular Team Beachbody programs. My issues are that there’s limited flexibility to customize your workouts. Once you start a program on a particular day, your schedule is locked except for either skipping a day or manually adjusting. For example, I am sound a round of P90X3 but substituting Shaun T’s Insanity for P90X3 cardio workouts. All I can do is manually enter the workout I did in my notes. The app doesn’t seem to uniquely track my notes & they all seem to be compiled on top of each other. So unless I use semi colons and dates to separate the notes, it renders them useless. I’ll use until I find something more to my liking.

Could be better
I love the idea of tracking workouts in an app and not an old school piece of paper but as I’ve read in some other comments there needs to be more flexibility. If I know I’m going to miss a workout later in the week I like to double up. Other than still tracking it on the day there is no way to keep up with this. Also can’t add Ab Ripper when I do that, other than notes. Or what if I flip flop a workout? Should have an option to change which workout within the program you do on a certain day. And add another in case folks double up. And why does it skip the last day of every month?! That messed up my tracking even worse!

I’ve been looking for this app forever and someone finally did it...and it’s free? This has most of the efficient exercise program out there and it has the details record keeping of the exercises. It’s free and so I can’t complain, but I would love for it to have two things: 1. The ability to export and import recorded data...or at least export to excel or something. 2. The ability to prioritize the program since I tend to pick out my exercises from p90x3 often and it’s way at the bottom.

Awesome App
I completed the P90x workout program about 6 years ago with great success. However, I was confined to pen and paper. This app allows you to capture weights and reps on your digital device and even allows you to chart your progress for each individual workout or a component in each workout. This app is the best and has me super excited about tackling P90x a second time. Thank you so much for this fabulous app!

Track your workouts w/o sheets everywhere
Great app to keep track of performance and calories burned. Plus, it keeps you on track of your daily and upcoming workouts without having to fish through various Beachbody program guides. Also really like ability to add notes to individual and entire workout which can help on various levels.

I won’t be using this
This app is a great idea, but since you can’t edit the workout schedule, it is useless to me. Until you are able to edit, add double workouts, skip a day for sickness, etc... it just isn’t helpful. Life happens, but this app doesn’t seem to account for that. It would also be nice to be able to build your own “hybrid” workouts. If these features are added, I will try it again. As it is, it’s nice but not helpful for me personally.

Reliable and Convenient
This app intuitive and easy to use. It makes workout recording a pleasant experience. It is well put together and offers a lrqge selection of pre-programmed popular routines. Additionally you can program custom routines and goals. I have used it for 2 years now and rely on it heavily for all my recording needs.

Great app so far easy to use... you can add lots of stats on yourself age, weight, fat and pics as you move on from Start to end of your goals and anything I between ... so far it’s great... 👍 Stop reading and get it time to start your Journey no more waiting....

Changes aren’t for the best
I’ve been using this app for close to a year, and recently they have made updates that require logging in with an account to keep or access ANYTHING! This was not the case for the first 9 months of using it. So, I have lost all of my progress measurements, photos, and tracking info for my workouts. Wish I could go back to what it was, but too late now. DELETE!
