Trailhead GO Hack 3.7.0 + Redeem Codes

Have been working on Salesforce Trailhead for 2.5 years. It is so much more than learning Salesforce and has been highly beneficial to me. Best advice, start with the cert you want to attain and dig in on that trail head. Along the way, there will be other suggested badges and you can customize your own trails to learn about various topics. Give yourself some time to search out badges that are unrelated to the trails you are on. There are badges for topics such as leadership, sustainability, project management, etc. I have developed several next step trails so that I can continue my educational aspirations. There is no replacement for hands-on learning on the job. The trails and modules with Videos and Videos of User Stories are much easier to understand than those without videos, links to videos or images that convey the learning. Trailhead has allowed me to have a very broad understanding of ALL that Salesforce, Mulesoft, Slack, APIs, and modern CRM cloud technology can do. It has also allowed me to see that Salesforce CRM is “everywhere” in almost every industry and non-profit. There was a time, many years ago, when I was that person asking, “What is Salesforce?” “What does Salesforce do?” I am far along in my Trailhead journey, and though I still consider myself a marketing graphic designer and writer, I would not want to work at Salesforce if I didn’t understand all that they do in the world. Trailhead is a great way to learn how modern cloud technology is utilized in business, schools, hospitals and nonprofits. It is a free education that can learn to a greater appreciation and understanding of current technology and trends in the business world.

I love using the Trailhead GO app for completing modules on my iPhone and iPad, but I wish it had an offline mode and here’s my user story: As a Trailhead learner planning a trip by airplane, I want to download modules while still on Wifi before getting on an airplane, and then when in the air I could study the downloaded module, and then when back on the ground and on wifi I could take the quiz.
Also, I would like an easier way to find the module I was last reading (just like how web browsers have a history).
And I would like an easier way to organize my next-up modules.
Finally, as a 4x certified user, I would like a clearer listing of the modules I need to complete to maintain my certs.

They write and source modules not just on the technical concepts but also cover a lot on the the domain knowledge on Sales, service , marketing and several business areas where the technology is relevant. This focus on the business side of things and earning those badges can clearly make a developer, architect or other techie separate out from the crowd and feel super satisfied. It leaves you to learn and earn more badges 👍

I had to use this service for a college assignment. My teacher simply wanted us to earn badges relating to different facets of Marketing.

I’ve completed four badges now, and I feel so much more confident in my marketing strategies! I market for a small business, and this service helped me hone in on relevant skills.

I would encourage any small business owners, employees or individuals that want to learn new skills to add to their resume to use this service!

Both for the content and the layout / user experience, this app is very easy to use and a great product. You can use it for long sessions, but it’s also great when you want to hit a topic and you only have < 30 minutes

I truly hope all Salesforce based mobile apps will use something g like this format in the future. Well done to the team

Wonderful app! Great to learn on the go!!my only feedback would be to remove hands on training from the app. I don’t believe many people will be able to configure and flip between the app. My other piece of feedback is that the search function doesn’t work that well. Lastly, in trail mixes it would be great if you could see items as completed without having to click into them. I find myself constantly going to start a module within a trailmix just to find out I have already completed it.

This app without fail will crash on me most of the time when I’m trying to post a question in the community. I add and save the title and then it freezes. If I wait about a minute, it then crashes. Relaunching does not clear the issue. It’s been happening since before iOS 15 and with both of my iPhones 11 and 13. Very frustrating. As a result I have to pull out my computer to ask a question. Except for that, the app is great for on-the-go-learning.

I’m happy to see Salesforce finally made it easier to improve our skills and meet our goals on a mobile platform. The overall layout and functionality are great but there are a few things missing. For instance, it would be nice to have the ability to mark trails, modules, etc. as favorites for working later. Navigating available content with advanced filtering would also be nice. It’s a great start and I’m looking forward to what is to come.

Just the other day as I was skilling up on the trailhead website I thought to myself how convenient it would be to do this on my iPad. Then while reading some of the announcements at Dreamforce I came across the announcement of this app - and it does not disappoint! It works exactly how it should and I’m excited to keep learning more. I’ll update this review in a month or two and let you know how it goes.
