Elementary at Best
We used the ThrowSmart app at one of my schools, hearing promises of advanced arm care and weight lifting routines. The workouts and arm care were elementary at best. There was no customization, for the most part it was cookie-cutter basic exercises. Nowhere near the caliber of being designed for a college baseball program. Would serve best for ages 8-13.
