Great app, great trainer
This is a great app, but most importantly a great opportunity to work with a certified professional trainer. My trainer is Kelly, and her level of expertise as well as well as her incredibly positive and encouraging attitude have helped me lose weight, gain strength and meet my nutritional goals. There is a cost associated with this service, but no where close to the costs associated with most personal training regimens. Ultimately, as a 44yo man, I feel like I’m preparing for life’s toughest sport, old age. I want to arrive there healthy, fit and with mobility, I know Kelly and the trainee app can help me reach those goals. Thank you, Kelly!!!

Decent app
Just downloaded this app as I’m a more advanced lifter but not good at nutrition or dieting what so ever but this app comes with a fairly good deal certified nutritionists and certified trainers i train under kelly as she is one amazing trainer and super inspiring i had her as a in person trainer at one point but she moved away luckily this app picked her up as a trainer and now i can work with her again even across the country she’s both a certified trainer and nutritionist

Awesome app! Has workouts, nutrition plan, and a live coach all in one place. No more switching between multiple apps. Plus, you can choose if you do workouts at home or the gym!

I'm giving this a 1 star because they do not disclose that the fact is it cost money. I didn't find out till after I filled out everything. This information should be in the description. I didn't continue I deleted the app

I signed up for a trial and later this evening got a call from their sales department trying to get me to sign up.... not a fan of having to provide a phone number and then their sales department using it to call you the same day....
