Well...
Images do not match up correctly. Edges, lines, corners, simply do not match. Gives the wallpaper a broken look in areas. The widgets show too far down and a bit to the right on the top small widget on the left. This would be nice, if they actually fit correctly. As is, it's only good for solid color wallpapers.

Incorrect photo sizing
When adding the wallpaper in, the app incorrectly resizes the photo too big thus making the created image not work with the companion app and creating an invisible widget.
