If you’re an active person, you’ll be able to jump right in to various HIIT style workouts, but know that the advanced classes are a sweat! I’ve always wanted to try boxing, and I love these beginner boxing classes. There’s some crossover between boxing and kickboxing which is great. Hoping to level up to intermediate in a few weeks. Learning new things while still getting that workout in! Not to mention Yoga and Meditation fitness classes that help me wind down after a day of travel.
