The app is so buggy. Especially when trying to tag videos. It either freezes when you hit the apply tag button or the app crashes all together. Been doing it since i downloaded it. Youll go through pick a bunch of tags in the suggestions and when you go to apply it glitches.

Acting weird all of sudden.
When I initially downloaded the app it was good. However, a few months in it started to glitch. The milestones stopped loading accurately. This occurred for a few weeks, so I deleted the app and reinstalled to attempt to fix the problem. That did not fix the problem. What it did was erased all of my milestones, no milestones are currently loading. I emailed support and they took multiple days to respond, only to tell me to delete the app and reinstalled. I advised them that I’ve already tried that prior to contacting them. It took days for them to respond again, only to tell me that it is a bug that is causing the issue, and they are working on it. I’m completely aggravated with because I’ve got some milestones that I would’ve loved to document, but was unable to because it is not working properly. I really wish they would fix this soon.

Tired of apps with no basic accessibility
As a blind entrepreneur one of my biggest struggles is not even the basic business concepts but being forced to use tools that don’t have even the basic accessibility written in. Apple makes this so easy that people who put out software that is not accessible either paid some off shore company who takes short cuts or did not pay attention to Apple’s guidelines. I normally don’t write in depth software reviews but in 2022 this oversight is inexcusable. I could not even tell you how any of the functionality of this app works because it is so badly written that even the first screen has no accessibility and is essentially dead on arrival. This may be a great app for the sighted but for someone who is trying to be more than what society labels the blind, I could not give it the low rating it deserves because the numbers don’t go that low.

Service is great, but app isn’t.
This app has too many problems. The thumbnails get mixed up which video they go to, the tag explorer is super glitchy, the comments don’t load properly, the milestones show up in the wrong order, the subscribers don’t refresh, the view count shows up on the incorrect video, and sometimes attempting to share a video is impossible because it automatically closes the pop up after pressing share. Please update this app to fit the quality of your service.
They haven’t updated the app in 11 months and all the tools are incredibly glitchy. Especially copying tags. Come on. At this rate I will definitely not be renewing my subscription.

MISLEADING About Tag Explorer Limits
If you are dedicated and like to work hard, you will be extremely frustrated by the NOT MENTIONED Tag Explorer Limits. *When it comes to TubeBuddy, “UNLIMITED” is NOT actually unlimited. To top it off the TubeBuddy forums are just full of a bunch of excuses and finger pointing from the TubeBuddy Staff. My confidence in TubeBuddy went immediately to ZERO yesterday when the app said I’d “exceeded” search limit in a 24-hour period, and I should try again later. Well I tried again the next day and apparently I was still past my “UNLIMITED” limit. It’s unfortunate that I can’t give it ZERO stars.

This App is Crappy
This app never gives updated info about my channel, no matter how many times I refresh it! It gives some correct info, and some incorrect info. It glitches, freezes, and crashes. Honestly I don’t even think this qualifies to be called an app!
The worst part is I pay for their service, and yet their tools are very non user friendly. VidIQ, though more expensive, is a much easier experience, app, and service! Tubebuddy needs to up their game or I’ll just cancel the service.

It’s a great app~But!
I’ve been using this app for about three years, but in September it stopped working. I’ve used it to track my new viewers and each time I reach 5000 more it has been giving me the same date for each new month it’s been earned for the last three months. It’s not a big deal but it should be fixed!

Upcoming milestones are gone
So I was checking on a few things on the program and when I went to the milestones section, I noticed that the upcoming milestones are blank. I have had a ton of issues with the milestones section and the video section glitching to where it shows the thumbnails jumping around to different videos that they're not on. This is absolutely annoying. I'm about ready to just part my channel from it and delete the program for good.

It says “free users are limited to 50 searches in a 24 hour period.” Both times I have used it (a week apart) I only searched about 10 and then it says I exceeded the limit of 50 searches. Can you fix this. It is cheating me out of finding good tags in a quick manner.
Also how do you track 24 hours because I would get the notification at 7pm. I come back 7pm or 8pm the next day and it still won’t let me search tags

I want to see all of my milestones
I currently got a new phone, and when I downloaded this app again, it only shows me my newer milestones (ex. It shows when I got 75k views, but not when I got my first 500)
Please make it so we can see our older ones, this app would be a perfect 5 stars if I could.
