This app has never been great but it seems to be getting worse. It rarely shows all the promotions properly for each property. That’s pretty important if you want people to stay informed. Their websites are almost as bad. Players should be able to access whatever they’re looking for easily and have piece of mind that it’s all correct. Another thing that bugs me is that periodically all the old messages from my message center reappear in my inbox, so I have to delete them again. C’mon man

I rarely comment, but thought I would in this circumstance. First of about the app crashing - I have never experienced that. I am on the most current iPhone and OS is fully updated. Maybe the people who are reporting this have not updated their phone or have a bunch of other apps that are open and hogging all the OS resources . *shrug*. However, i am giving four stars due to my account information provided was not updated on several occasions.

TLDR - This app is decent for a free app. If you like to be informed when you have free play, then this app is right for you! ;)

Why don’t they enforce the mask wearing?? People put them on when they come in but have them off after they are in .. we need it to be mandatory they where a mask. They don’t endorse it enough.. and also they said machines were set apart well there not, close contact all the time by people with no masks.. we love this place but if this isn’t controlled better with all the new cases of covid afraid things will be closing again! I smoke but would be better if it was no smoking which they would keep there masks on more , give them a place to go out and smoke I’m sure you would appreciate that too.. please help us be safe so we can get out for some enjoyment.. )( Mandatory mask wearing) Thank you

Only time app works reliable is on WiFi. I have data for all other apps but this app constantly says no network. Horrible

And what is up with the calendar? You have to click on each day to see if anything is happening. There is no shading ore any indication that any day has any event. I’m not going to press each day to see if there is something scheduled. This should be evident.

Unable to copy/paste my player number into the field on the login page. I have to type each digit. It would be cool if you could point the camera at the card and have it read the number.

Addendum: The "Contact Us" email in the app bounces back as undeliverable.

I had to remove the app and download the app again to get the up to date information. Which erases my log-in information. When logging in the numbers from my players card doesn’t show and the PIN number doesn’t show and won’t login. Something needs to get fixed.

I have to download this app every time I try to use it and I keep getting this stupid message that I have to “Allow Notifications” and it doesn’t tell you WHICH place to go to on your phone to enable. I have notifications enabled but apparently not for this?! Where can I find it?

App never loads. Always get an error message. I tried deleting and re-adding the app and still get the error message. I also get a message that it wants to connect to my Bluetooth...why?? I did allow it hoping that would help, but it didn’t.

It used to be fairly reliable. However, I haven’t been able to login for at least 3 weeks, even after updating, and re-trying. Don’t waste your memory until they figure out how to make it work..

For months this app has not been working!! It started saying I needed to update to receive notifications but wouldn’t let make any changes. Now it won’t even open. Just keeps crashing. Fix it please!
