I just open up a session with a tutor that I have been waiting 20+ mins for, CRASH. open a new session 15 mins later, CRASH.
one of my sessions that we got halfway through with didn't even save, so I lost everything that we worked on. I couldn't remember half of the sentences she suggested. I usually copy them down in an organized manner in the prev. Sessions review, but this was so unfair I almost cried. My essay is due tomorrow and I am so stuck :( this app used to be so much better) what happened? PLEASE fix, my computer is not working, so I need to use my iPad, but crashes don't let me learn:( PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX CRASHING!!!!!!!!!

Not a Mobile App
I downloaded this thinking it would be a simpler way to get help, other than pulling out my computer every time. The subject selection screen is ok, but when you start the request and wait for a tutor, the UI looks like I am viewing the app in a web browser. Not a mobile experience in my opinion.

This application is just garbage. It takes hours to download, and It will never connect with the audio even we chose the audio option. It is very slow and keeps crashing every second. So what a waste of time developing this up and wasting our time to download this horrible application. So please stop joking and fix it.

I have read 3 comments about this apps . It is not true of what they said. My son used this a lot to work on his homework. He got straight A's in schools. Since he used this for the past 2 years he is always have good grades. He doesn't have trouble using this apps. I am an ASIAN AND WE LOVE TO USED THIS APPS. WE ALWAYS HAVE PATIENT IN STUDYING.
