Why Paying A Fee To Use The Remote Without Knowing Is The Remote Is Going To Paired To The Firestick ? You Should Give The Customer a One hour window before you send an screen message letting us know that for us to continue enjoying the use of the remote we had to pay whatever amount For a Monthly or a year !!

This is ridiculous.
If you DO NOT already have a working remote you cannot set this app up to work for your fire stick. Don’t spend the money on the app unless you also have a working remote, which seems pretty pointless to me.
