Great, but needs a ton of improvement

This app is the best out there to help me improve my canto, since there aren’t a ton of resources out there to begin with. I wish i could have a favorites folder to add my fav shows. I also wish when i left the app, and came back, my episode would continue where it left off. It makes me start all over on the main page. This app is pretty slow at adding newer dramas. We’re left with such old episodes. I wish i could be caught up with some of the newer content on the regular tvb. Kinda of outdated app, but the translations are excellent and the tv show options are okay, but it would be nice if it had more shows. Thank you for this app. I’m optimistically waiting for some good updates!!!!!

Good content, app months behind Canotnese language version

I was using the Cantonese language version of the app for a long time before I realized there was an English formatted version of the app. First of all, its kind of weird that there are separate apps as opposed to an option to select your preferred language. Anyhow while the content is great, it's unfortunate that this app at the time of my review is about 6.5 months behind the Cantonese app in terms of software updates. It still doesn't support the "notch" as one example. Here is to hoping you update more in sync with all of your apps.

PLEASE FIX NO SOUND ISSUE

I can still use the app and hear the sound by plugging in my earphones. I have no choice but to use my wired earphones for a while now in order for me to hear. I understand it’s doable that way to watch the videos but still kind of annoying. I would give a 5-star if this problem is fixed.

Slow content update

The app works great in letting me watch what I want without any issues. Although I’m happy that it’s finally adding the newer shows, it typically doesn’t happen until a couple of weeks after the show actually finishes airing in HK. I’m constantly having to pirate the episode instead of actually watching it here. By the time I’m done, the app adds it and it gets frustrating.

Too many adds

I love the dramas that Tvb made. But there one thing that I hate about it that when I watch online there is too many adds so I did not watch anymore watch any more on tvb watch online. So I figured out that there was Enore tvb so I watched it. And then the next day it started to give me more adds. Also sometimes I can’t skip them. I hope you guys can fix this problem that has been going for years and months.

Finally, TVB content that have English subtitles.

I have been using this app for the last 6 months and I can say it’s something that my whole family can enjoy because of the English subtitles. Yes, it have some advertisements, not too many, but it’s free and to continue enjoying this free service, someone have paid for it and that’s where the advertisers comes in.

A Fist Within Four Walls 👊

I love the fact the app offers English subtitles. I specifically downloaded the app to watch “A Fist Within Four Walls.” I tried to continue where I left off in the series and found that the subtitles are now shifting up and down from the bottom to the top the screen, making it impossible to watch. Please fix this bug! Many thanks in advance! And please make more Martial Arts based series available! 🙏

Annoying background ads

This app is great to watch Cantonese dramas, but the ads are very annoying. Totally understand they need ads for the app to survive, but the most annoying thing is that after you skip the ads, then the video playing but there were these noisy ads in the background keep playing so you can't hear the movie, please fix it. Thanks

Love this app. Finally a place where I can catch up with my TVB dramas. So glad there are English descriptions 🙌🏼 The only thing that is annoying about this app is there no recently watched/continue watching so you can’t pick up where you left off. Also, it would be great if we are able to have a “favorite list”.

TvB needs to add more Videos to this App.

There should be way more Dramas than this. Where are the classics like Greed of Man, The Breaking Point, Challenge of Life, Looking Back in Anger, La Femme Desperado, and A Kindred Spirit. I’ve seen those TvB Dramas with English subtitles before, so there’s no excuse. UPDATE this App immediately please!
