Problem
The only issue I have with the remote is that there is no power or volume buttons. Otherwise, this app is nearly perfect. Hopefully soon a power and volume button is added.

Amazing service as usability
The app works on my watch and phone, I have a WeMo switch to turn my Tv off and this app to control it from my Phone or Watch!
No longer need a remote!
I didn’t understand how to get it on my watch so I emailed the provided contact and received a near-immediate response.
Choose this app for the service over any other third party, trust me.

Good app
Very helpful, particularly when my wife is screaming at me from other room that TV is having an issue. I open app and am able to assist without running into other room. She yells at

Can’t save multiple box’s when manually adding via IP

How do I contact support for this App? It works fine but I don’t see a power on/off or volume button. How can it be a replacement remote if these are missing? I will be happy to change my review/rating if I am missing something . Please respond. Thank you !

Works for one action only
This app works fine for everything except the keyboard function - it doesn’t want to enter more than one letter at a time

Disappointed!
Pretty crappy that you aren’t told you need a remote to set this app up before spending $5 on it. Why would I download the app if I already had a working remote in the house! Now I’m going to miss Yellowstone tonight because my dog chewed up our remote and this app let me down by NOT saving the day!

Doesn’t work without remote
The app WILL NOT work unless you have your remote to set it up which it doesn’t tell
You that before you spend 5 DOLLARS on the worthless app why would you by this if you already have a remote that works so if you lose or break your remote don’t buy this. I would love to have my money back

Does not work. Intro modal broken
I can’t use this app at all. The introduction overlay is poorly designed and causes itself to be displayed off screen.
It is a stupid design choice and it screwed up the entire application.
I was able to use this on an older iPhone 6, but on my iPhone 8+ it is impossible to skip the introductory steps making the app completely useless.
Fix the app you jerk, or stop selling it for this insane price. The app obviously isn’t worth a premium price, because it’s designed by an amateur who is, intentionally or not, ripping off their customers.
It is a stupid design choice and it screwed up the entire application.
I was able to use this on an older iPhone 6, but on my iPhone 8+ it is impossible to skip the introductory steps making the app completely useless.
