Dissapointing...
I paid for the 2nd line and added gold package so I could record calls. The call recording never worked. I also somehow ended up having all texts and phone call logs erased randomly. From the texting platform, you are unable to send or receive pictures. When texts come in, to be able to see updated texts, you have to back out of the texting platform and re open it, then you will see if you have a response to your thread. I also was prevented from sending to many texts per day, which is odd because I wasn't sending a large amount. Overrall, extremely buggy app. I canceled and was able to obtain a refund and did get a message from the developer apologizing and stating that the issues happen whenever they update the app. It's appreciated that the developer refunded and reached out, but unfortunately I can't in good conscious recommend the app. It just fell far from expectations. 2 stars instead of one, because the developer at least did reach out.

Not seeing my texts
I will see I have a message and then open the app and it is not anywhere to be found . Also some calls coming in are automatically silenced (not my doing ) and end before I have a chance to answer , we’re talking like one or two rings . ….Nice to have the extra number but Had higher hopes for this app .

Most of the times my messages disappear and I am only able to see the other persons response others the conversation history goes blank. I get the notifications and when I go open the message its not there. Also I paid the monthly payment and for some reason it asks me to buy more credits. Another really annoying thing is, I cant send a message to a new contact just respond to messages not created new convos. I hate this app

Does Not Work!
Was not able to use it at all! When I signed up it was asking for my phone number but I never received a verification confirmation number! It did it work so I couldn’t use the free trial! I was also charged and I again couldn’t even use the app! I was scammed and need a full refund!! I ended up using a different app because this one did not work!! When I requested a refund via Apple support, it said I’m not eligible for one! This is ridiculous!

Annoying pop up…
Not a bad app, but every time I open it, I get a pop up asking me to write a review. Not just rate it on a scale of 1-5 stars, but actually wrote out a review. I paid for a year of service and am just starting to use it. I’m not sure exact what I would rate it yet, because I haven’t used it long enough, but I know I’m sick of being promoted to write a review every single time I open the app…

I can only send a messages not receive even after paying for a subscription
I cannot receive text messages. The next day all of my call logs were gone. There is absolutely zero tech-support available on this site. If you don’t want to end up angry and frustrated don’t bother with this app.
