The app's brand name lives up to its reputation as I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality. It enables me to conveniently check my schedule, explore other available classes, and provides many other useful features.

Same as everyone else
App simply doesn’t work. Been at my location since it opened 5 months ago. STILL can’t get into the app cuz the “Reset Password” feature will never send the email (I’ve QUADRUPLE checked that the email is correct, checked all spam folders, etc). Even tried resetting password on the UFC Gym website instead (which worked flawlessly) but that doesn’t translate over to the app (not sure if the website password and app password are different?). So like everyone else in these reviews, I have to always stand in line to give my phone number instead of simply scanning my phone to check-in. I fully understand that things don’t just magically get fixed and there’s more to it than most people know, but LOGGING IN to the app should be the BARE MINIMUM that an app should allow. Can’t even do that!

Over priced and overhyped
I’m 16 and I just moved to Florida. I seen the gym and I thought it would be a good gym to start my fitness journey but I was wrong. In the beginning it was good but i thought it was crazy that I was paying 100 bucks a month for just a gym no nutrition plan no personal training. it ridiculous. I’m hella upset. My last straw was when I got injured around personal trainers that were standing around doing nothing and they didn’t even bat an eye and didn’t even ask if I was okay so I’m done bye overpriced and overhyped ufc gym 👍I’m going to a different gym that is 40 a month that includes a nutrition plan

Checking in with Apple Watch
I bought my boyfriend Apple Watch Ultra since October, he has not been able to check in with it. I had the old app and was able to check in with my older version of Apple Watch but, I was asked to use this app and now I can’t get to check in with it anymore now, I have to bring my iPhone in order to.

Not Functioning At Times
Just logged out of the app and now I can’t sign back in even though I have my passwords saved through my phone. So strange. This happened before and after waiting a day or so, I was able to log in again. I also tried setting up for my kids but an invite is not sent to their email addresses. The app I think is not fully developed with lots of bugs. Seems there is no urgency to address any issues.

I’ve seen that there USED to be a feature where your barcode was presentable from your smartwatch…

Resend invitation/reset password broken
I haven’t been able to use this app a single time. I’ve been checking back in periodically since signing up at UFC Gym ~3 months ago and I still do not receive an email when trying to set up my account using the resend invitation link.
I checked with the front desk to confirm they had the correct email on file, and they said this is happening to a bunch of clients.

Unable to edit information
Overall I think it’s an ok app. Like some of the other reviews, a check in history would be nice. My main complaint is that I can’t update my information. Whenever I try, the app stalls. I have to exit the app just to get it running again. Please fix.

Never worked!
Every day since this app launched I’ve had to wait on line and check in to the gym with my phone number. I’ve left several messages at the front desk. Emailed managers. Haven’t even received one response. You pay all this money to go to this gym and can’t get the simple customer service you’d receive at a discount $10 a month gym. So disappointed with this app and this gym.

Adequate app; Very frustrating
The only thing I use this for is my gym card. However, I recently changed my membership and i cant sync the new membership to the app. Theres no option anywhere in the app to change or edit your gym card leaving it stuck rhere from the initial set up.
