Love UFOTV But Just Paid For The All Access Pass and Downloaded App The Videos Run Very Slow I have no problem running HD VIDEOS ON ORHER APPS you tube Netflix And the Video are maybe 75% of my screen,and that’s really annoying especially when I pay for service! If Some one Could Please Help Be Much Appreciated thank you . Running iOS IPhone XR

I’ve had this app for about 6 months now and am disappointed everytime I check in. First of all, the majority of the material is seriously outdated. I feel as if I’m watching my grandfathers tv shows from his childhood days. You won’t find anything recent from 2020+, and if you do, it’s minimal and certainly nothing worth watching. Another thing that irks me is all of the categories they have on the home page to select from. After visiting each of them you will quickly become aware that the same shows are listed in each of the categories. It’s just a trick to make you think they have a wide variety of material, which is far from it. If you really like staying behind the curve, watching outdated material and keeping up on shows with nothing at all to do with the ET presence, look no further, you found it right here. I’m deleting this subscription as soon as I’m finished telling you about it. Save your money, time and hope. I’m checking out Giai as it looks pretty good. Doubt any developers will see this since no one works on updating it anyways. Good luck in your search and please, save your money. I’ve already done this for you, so take my works for it.

Two days into my subscription and I could not log into my app on any device. Emailed support twice with no response. I tried calling both their toll free number and the toll number and neither worked.—got no longer in service message. I finally on my own figured out the app login proble—my web login password was too complex for the app so I had to change it to a shorter and less complex password. The app is buggy on Apple devices including AppleTV. Only reason that it is not a one star review is that the content is very good.

I am so disappointed with this app. I was excited to get my subscription to UFOTV but I’m now very disappointed. When I watch a video it stops every five minutes and buffers for 2 or 3 minutes. Developers please fix this!

I downloaded and try to get my subscription set up, but the subscription plan options didn't even show up??

I noticed that the app hasn't had more than a few version updates over the last 3 years, maybe 1 per year. That's really weird... Are you still in business?

Terrible format. Cannot pause shows. Cannot resume where you left off watching. Subscribed and now I can’t login after a couple of weeks. No response from customer support.

Immediately deleted. Why would I pay $10 a month for videos that are free on YouTube? It’s a shame, you use to be my go to. But now you are just greedy..
